We just came back yesterday from the area we spent a week there getting to know the area and visiting open houses and new construction we even saw some rentals… lots of construction tons actually and we don’t see why I think that will backfire they are assuming so many will move there and they are over building. We saw lots of empty apartment buildings and plenty of empty office building with maybe a handful of renters… so plenty of rentals too many actually. Why people going bizerk and paying so much? I don’t understand why it’s cute but don’t go crazy is my suggestion. Lots of great places to live in the USA. Don’t go with the trend and don’t believe the hype and stand your ground don’t overpay people ;) I also suggest to visit like we did visit on your own get a feel for it etc
So exciting to continue to see the growth. I am getting my license now and am ready to get to work helping folks like you do. Your videos were a great inspiration to move to Raleigh and get into Real Estate. Hope I can meet you and the team one day.
Average rents for houses seem to be around $1500 to $2500. Depends on size on house and location. Happy to provide more information, give us a call 919-964-0474.

People are crazy. RTP and CLT area were such affordable markets for long. WFH polluted this market making homes unaffordable for locals. This is unfair. WFH must end.
You took my post down... WHY? Are you afraid people will actually know the truth about the real U.S.economy. We will all know the truth soon. What's funny, I'm moving to the N.C. area but on my terms not the greedy. Your prices are too high. I'll wait.
Chanel owners can hide comments from others except for the person who wrote it. Yiu would still see it but no one else will. You’ll only know it if you have another account. But UA-cam itself pulls comments and in which case you’ll know bc YT sends you a warning that your comment broke a rule.

Raleigh is getting more expensive but still not much to offer. Move there if you enjoy country side experience.

Not sure what the post was but we did not take it down. UA-cam takes down comments all the time and we have no control over that.
