Brilliant! Thanks to you I might be able to make friends understand what I enjoy in DEP's music : besides their energy, their awesome complexity and subtlety. Your piano version emphasizes that part of their music. Amazing work once again.
You’re amazing and I love you! Your dedication is unfathomable! What it takes to learn this is currently beyond my comprehension. The complexity and the timing! The finesse and oh so many years it must’ve took to get to this point! You’re inspirational and whatever happened to you to conjure the balls to cover this song on piano was worth it! You’re either a savant or extremely disciplined. (I’m hoping disciplined, then there’s hope!) Either way, that was fucking amazing!!!!!!!
Hey :) I really, really appreciate all you've openly shared. I'm just emerging out of what has been a very challenging period of my life (I was dealing with an eye condition that got so bad that I thought I may have to give up reading music - thankfully, my eyes are slowly responding to treatment at last), so your words of support and genuine appreciation feel meaningful to me right now ❤. I'm neither a savant or very disciplined (actually, I'm not really very disciplined in any areas of my life! 😅). I find transcribing this stuff really laborious and often soul-destroying, to be honest. I don't find it easy to do, and I often give up before I've finished a particular arrangement. To know that my completed arrangements are genuinely valued and enjoyed is the thing that makes all the many hours well worth it. I hope that you, too, are still creating. You've clearly a uniquely individual and creative voice - both potent and affecting - and I for one would love to hear/see more of it.
@@SequoiaSounds I’m glad to hear you’re on your way to recovery! I can only imagine the heartbreak that comes with losing the ability to practice what you love. That’s a true horror story, especially for someone with your caliber of talent. I pray it totally recovers for you! And thank you so much for the compliment! I’m a beginner and I’m teaching myself to read music but people like you really inspire me and I hope to be where you are one day. To be able to make arrangements and read music so fluently is such a beautiful thing to me! So to hear that from you is so motivating that I teared up. (I’m so emo) 😂 Thank you!
@@suspendedanimation2269 Thanks so much for the wishes! My eyes seem to be stabilizing, so I feel sure that the worst is now over :) You clearly have a natural creative sensibility. I mean to say that after watching/listening to your videos it doesn't feel like you are trying to emulate anyone else, but rather allowing yourself to tap into an authentic flow in order to unearth your own truths. That kind of authenticity is kinda rare these days, and is to be wholeheartedly encouraged :) I'm not sure what I can offer you of genuine value, but I'd certainly like to be a cheerleader for your creative path ahead if you were open to such a supportive friendship/connection? As I mentioned before, I really like both your individuality and your open expression. What you wrote me 2 days ago also caused me a combo of smile and wet-eye 😅 I'd venture that we're both rather open 'Feelers' - and the way we find ourselves openly expressing is merely an outward gesture of our appreciation for such sincerity and solidarity. Believe me, the gratitude and inspiration is mutually felt....
@@SequoiaSounds Thanks dude! I’m so happy to hear that you like it! I’ve kinda pressed paused on creating for the sake of learning. When I made those videos, I knew little to nothing about how to write music or how to read it and despite studying sheet music for a year, I still feel like I know nothing. 😂 the frustration is real but so is the satisfaction once something finally clicks. I’m determined to get to a place where I can write exactly what I want to hear and if it was easy it wouldn’t be worth the effort. I appreciate work like this so much because it’s that soul crushing work and sacrifice that makes it so beautiful! It’s the difference between liking music and loving music. And yes! I absolutely welcome your support. I don’t really know too many musicians so I would love that!

Soooooo amazing. I will watch these endlessly and show them to friends and family who have never understood why Dillinger is/was so amazing. Thank you, also I wanted to say you're an exceptionally skilled player 🤘
Sequoia Sounds thanks to you mate!! Love all your piano covers!! If you let me , listen Cardiacs ( Pronk band from Uk) i think you like and maybe you can do it a cover of them .

Oh my god you are such an inspiration! I can only dream of playing like this. I'm currently trying to play Widower by ear, Dillinger is a fantastic band
As "Kill me pls" said, I make my own transcriptions. Please message me using the email mentioned in my 'About' section if you'd like the sheet music. Thank you!

This would fit so perfectly as music to a vintage B&W silent film.
It tells one helluva story.

Many thanks for your comment!
4 out of 5 stars good job you make it looks easy.
@reficul1984
Thank you!
I change my mind 5 star's.
Where did u get the sheet music for this song,i want to learn it but the time signature in the bridge and the tuplets confuse me
They probably transcribed it themselves, they have done so on other equally insane tracks
As "Kill me pls" said, I make my own transcriptions. Please message me using the email mentioned in my 'About' section if you'd like the sheet music. Thank you!

@misterjohn john
Hi John! That would be interesting indeed! Alas, I'm not sure my keyboard can tune to that, but there may be some other way.....
Maybe "Farewell Mona Lisa" cover? It would be very interesting.
@Dillu441
I'll certainly consider it in the future....

@Septhim
Thank you, Septhim! It took quite awhile to work all that out satisfactorily!
Song Request: Cold Company - Minus The Bear

Fantomas bro
Hi! This is brilliant! Your work is truly amazing. Do you have a score for this? I wanna do an orchestral mockup of this song
