@texaswerewolf Hey, you're welcome. Thanks for watching. Yes, the Pinball2000 games Revenge From Mars (awesome!) and Star Wars: Episode 1 (blech!). Great stuff. Williams' last ditch effort to save their company....they succeeded.....but management didn't care. Ha ha. :)
I love the back box on this one. Back box toys are always fun in my book, and the way its lights strobe back and forth makes for a really great and classic pinball machine feel. It's too bad these are not standard effects anymore due to cost-cutting, but it's understandable why Stern would cut costs due to pinball not being as popular as it has been. I wish there were more arcades where I live.
The movie theater I was working for at the time got this in. I put in alot of tokens for this one. I can't be certain, but I think the City in which I worked passed some ordinance about gun-simulating videogames, and that launching-projectile portion in the top where you aim to hit one of several targets was disabled. Really destroyed the experience.
I bought T3 when it was first released and still own it. I've never understood why it gets no love. While I will admit it doesn't have a particularly deep rule set, I do think that the theme is well executed. I really like the overall look of the game along with the steel ramps and the RPG back box toy. Still gets played quite a bit in my 33 pin collection.
@DragonZord90 LOL! Totally disagree about the T3 film obviously. But, I loved T2 pinball machine growing up. You know? I can't even tell you how much money I spent on that one. Ha ha. Thanks for watching.
That's what I noticed about The Simpsons pinball when you said it had "very deep" gameplay. That's a neat coincidence that you mention The Simpsons Party in your vid right after I find one and play it for the first time. The Simpsons was almost intimidating to walk up to because of all the layers of gameplay it offers. Thanks for your vids, my friend. :) It would be cool if you could include this series of videos into your next TurboViews DVD. Heh, I am just a dreamin' fool. ;)
@Gospodinstrannyj I LOVE T2 from a nostalgic sense. But....I don't know...T3 has really grown on me over the years and I honestly can't see selling it. You know? Yay for being in the minority you and I! :) :) Thanks for watching.
I do the videos for fun and nothing more. The great part is..a lot of people seem to like them. So in my mind...I really couldn't care less if others don't (trolls or otherwise). They're not worth my time in responding and in reality push zero buttons of mine. You know? It's UA-cam, and we'll all live! :)
@ChrisMolyneaux93 Yeah, totally. Some people complain too much and should just be happy that Stern has kept pinball alive for over a decade (when Bally / Williams closed, I considered them gone in about four or five...until they brought in the Williams folks to restructure everything). I'm a big Stern fan.......looking forward to my Transformers: LE (oops, leak!)
@ChrisMolyneaux93 I like almost anything. You know? So....I didn't "hate" any of them. But, Batman: Dark Knight, Iron Man and Tron (to a point) really grew on me after a bunch of plays. :)
@welseypipes2989 The T-shirt belonged to a friend of mine who 'gave it to me as long as I owned the game.' So....when I sold the machine, I gave the shirt back. Was only fair. Ha ha. LOVE me some Down Periscope. I used to work in a video rental store so...I stole a bunch of those standees I liked. Ha ha. Thanks
@spida1a If I were to get one of those machines "NIB", it'd probably be Iron Man or TRON. I mean sure they look sorta cheap with its photoshopped cabinet art, playfield design, and plastic ramps, but its the fast and nonstop gameplay action and those ball whipping magnets that really make those games shine. Also, the music and sound effects are great. I love the Daft Punk soundtrack in the movie TRON: Legacy and its awesome that it was included in the pinball.
Another reason T3 isn't my favorite is that sometimes after the "game over" music, the machine will make a REALLY loud noise. I've experienced this on multiple T3 machines.
If it is a screeching high pitch, that is your credit knock. You can turn it off, but most people like it.. supposed to let everyone know you had a good game.
Im a huge fan of the Terminator franchise. And the T3 machine looks great, although not as great as the very memorable T2 machine that I loved and had memories playing it. But I would love to get this machine as well as T2 soon.
I gave myself a promise that someday I am going to own at least ONE pinball machine in my lifetime (which is not possible at this particular moment because there is no room for any in my apartment), and I saw that a pinball retailer was selling a TMNT Pinball machine for 8000 Swedish kronor (1062$), which I want sooo bad, even though I have no idea if it is any good or not x)
i completly forgot about terminator 3! Was not a huge fan of the movie or the pinball but it is still a great game to play. I was wondering if you knew anything about the pinball games that had video screens integrated to the playing field. I know of two Star wars episode 1 and invasion from mars. Thanks for posting these fantastic vids.
@Lorrer09 Of those three? I prefer Family Guy or LOTR. But...it all depends on how much you want to spend. Monopoly is the easiest on the pocket book of the three. :) Thanks!
this looks like a awesome pinball machine i love to play pinball probably the earleist pinball machine would have been bally willwams fireball over my friend robins house her grandfather got it during the 60's when he own a tv store
@spida1a Terminator 3 was okay IMO, it's the weakest of the quadrilogy. I really liked Terminator Salvation though, really surprised how good that was. The video game was shit though, which is odd as it was made by the company who did Bionic Commando and that was pretty good.
I am disappointed with your brush off this trolling message. Usually I receive aggressive replies questioning my mental capacity, to which I reply something equally droll, usually questioning their sexuality. Unfortunately you leave me little choice but to congratulate your large collection of pinball machines, depth of knowledge and presentation of this video.
Chris ,, Every time I have a Pin in my reach ( like T3 now ) I look at yr video's .. You are the Best at describing a Pin .. I have a X-Men LE Wolverine ( w/ Less than 100 plays and a guy want's to trade me his T3 with a CoinTaker Led Kit installed plus $ 2700.00 to boot .. I'm Not sure I'm gonna do the Trade , but Yr Video Here helped .. Be Cool and keep a loOk out for me on Pinside ..... Black_Rose
@ScrewAttackEurope I thought Terminator: Salvation was the weakest of the four. The film was not interesting. The story was not interesting. And T3 did "action" ten times better than Salvation ever did. Just my opinion, of course. Very weak film and very disappointing. I saw it twice....just to make sure.
Both this and Monopoly are underrated Pinballs from Stern! I would go for Monopoly ( better rules, and design)
@texaswerewolf Hey, you're welcome. Thanks for watching.

Yeah I played this awhile back at a bowling ally and this is one of the best pinball games ever. Nice vid, Terminator FTW.
@80MWH Hey, thanks for sharing and watching! :)

@dickcheney6 I understand about "moving." It's been tough finding games where I am now. Boo! :)
Thanks for watching!

Keep them coming Chris. Your reviews are incredible!
4:34 "Jack at Pinball Sales..." Wait a second, is that the same Jack who became Jersey Jack? Jersey Jack Pinball? WOZ, Hobbit, and Dialed In!?
Yepper. Same guy. :)
@mp4podcastDOTcom LOL! I do also...I have the Blu-Ray and truly enjoy it.
Thanks for watching!!!!!!!
Yes, T2 is fantastic! Thanks for watching.
@robertjohncartlidge Cool. Thanks for watching! :)
What do you think of the more recent Stern games, such as Iron Man, Avatar, TRON, or The Rolling Stones?
@DragonZord90 LOL! Totally disagree about the T3 film obviously. But, I loved T2 pinball machine growing up. You know? I can't even tell you how much money I spent on that one. Ha ha.
Thanks for watching.
@kornstory I love the Dark Knight. Especially after Stern's recent HUGE software update. They added so much wonderful stuff. It's a lot of fun!
@canoga1958 I feel the same way! :)
Thanks for watching.
@cyclo1224 T3 can be had for a little over $2k (which is in the minority from the 2003 pinball games that have retained their value quite a bit). :)
@wolf171717 Totally! Thanks for watching.
@dickcheney6 Ha ha! Oh my....no backbox cannon lights would be hysterical. LOL~!!
Thanks for watching!
@arn0ldaar0n The original Black Knight? Yes. It's a great early solid-state Williams. Fun stuff. Love the double level playfields.
@crocodile2linux We're definitely in the minority there. Ya' know? Because....I agree!! :) :)
Thanks for watching!

@TropicalBeatDown Thanks my friend. :)
Love the videos. I own a few arcade machines. Mostly mortal kombat. I'm looking to get my first pinball. After watching your videos I can't wait.

@reixo Thanks my friend. I truly appreciate it!!!
So this is how Skynet got started. LOL
I love Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines I have a copy on HD-DVD.
@ChrisMolyneaux93 I like almost anything. You know? So....I didn't "hate" any of them. But, Batman: Dark Knight, Iron Man and Tron (to a point) really grew on me after a bunch of plays. :)

If it makes you feel any better, I liked (not "loved", mind you, but liked enough to see it on a theater and then get the DVD) T3.
LOL! Hey...you gotta' do what you gotta' do! :) Thanks for watching!
I'm looking to buy the dark knight. I can't find it anywhere around me to play it. I was wondering if you have played it. If so. Was it good?
@spida1a If I were to get one of those machines "NIB", it'd probably be Iron Man or TRON.

@saturday7142007 Ha ha! It actually sounded better on camera than I thought. ;)
Im a huge fan of the Terminator franchise. And the T3 machine looks great, although not as great as the very memorable T2 machine that I loved and had memories playing it. But I would love to get this machine as well as T2 soon.
Great video as always Chris and i would not mind trying this pin out sometime it looks pretty decent and if you like it am betting it's fun to play.
Wow, one I actually remember... Yes, I love this series... keeeeeep rolling
@kornstory Thanks a lot. I appreciate it.
for what it is, Terminator 3 is a good movie, it can't compare to the second movie, but it's good in it's own way, I too love the third movie
Keep it up Chris!! Your videos are awesome!
Have you done terminator 2 yet?
Love watching your videos.

T2 does not have command center awards.
Lol. :)
