This game was perfect! I’ve been waiting for everyone to see that Minshew isn’t better than AOC. We should have started AOC day 1. Hopefully now they’ll start 12 and we will see our season turn around once we get back to gelling as well as we did at the end of last season when we had AOC as a starter. This was a blessing in disguise 🤷🏾♂️ Minshew needed to be sat down and 12 needs to take the wheel.
AOC will not solve all the problems. He'll help out that's for sure, but as long as Luke Getsy as the OC remains, AP with his lackluster conservative play-calling, and guys constantly getting injured (look at our injury list before this game and compare it to the Broncos). The Raiders are in for an absolutely bottom tier season, be lucky if the team gets past 7 wins at this rate. There's only so much can be done in-season to make things work, and they won't work overnight to help the team get back to a solid winning routine. I've already accepted this is a rebuild year so take what we can get.

We've seen how he played not only against the Broncos earlier, but even against the Panthers in garbage time/prevent defense play along with what we saw in the preseason. He is a more stable and consistent QB over Minshew, that's for sure. But I doubt the team will get any more than 7-8 wins this season even if AOC was kept as QB1 for the rest of the season. I have gotten to a point where I 100% must put the blame on The Raiders organization and ownership! Every single year since we lost in the Super Bowl we are consistently one of the worst and most boring to watch teams in the league. The one time we were looking good and moving in a positive direction The NFL puts a hit piece out on our Head Coach John Gruden and Ownership doesn't back him up!!!!
The biggest glaring issue is the Offensive line. They are terrible! This unit was getting absolutely demolished in the 2nd half. They were not run blocking or pass blocking. They have no pride, no backbone, no motivation. They look like a unit that is just going through the motions. Horrible to see.
Im watching our seccondary just stand there when a CB needs help after being beat deep ( which is alot) . No containment off the line. Then theres the QB issue or is it a O-line issue .... its both because of the Offensive playcalling. L.G needs to take a deep breath, look at his playbook scheme take another deep breath and LET IT GO. You want your line to block? Want your QB to be better than he is? Ball has to leave G.M II hands in 2 secs, the offense needs to stop looking for the big play and just gain yards 3 -5 yard quick passes with 3 simple runs ( we run left, or right or right up the gut) STOP WITH THE GD 50/50 BALLS FOR THE LOVE OF GOD and just play basic football. If you did this raiders would be 3-2 not 2-3 and looking to place blame. So embarrassing to be a raider fan since 2001.

Garbage time/prevent defense isn't the same as playing in the first quarter where the opposing team's defense is actually trying their hardest. We have yet to see AOC play in the first half whatsoever in this season.
IMO, there is no city, IN AMERICA like Vegas. It's main industry in taking people's money in LARGE amounts as FAST as possible. I love visiting Vegas. Living there would be insane. A person can go from living well to DESPERATE in HOURS. The same people go to OTHER people to correct THEIR mistakes. Now imagine being a well paid athlete dealing with these situations. My point is, my team is dealing with off-field crazy issues that drain their energy BEFORE games. Intense preventive training is required by the Raiders organization. Not even going to watch the episode just leaving this comment. Going into the season we knew our offense might struggle but we thought we would have a good defense. But our Defense has allowed 22, 23, 36, 16, and 34 points. That's 131 points allowed in 5 games 26.2 a game average. We got our a**es kicked by the Panthers and Broncos and those was the 2 games to this point we should have win the easiest. But no we get Dominated. I'm disgusted. As far as I'm concerned unless I'm shown different I'm looking to the draft this team hasn't given me any reason beyond 1 good win in week 2 to believe this season isn't another playoff less season. We have a problem OL and play design regardless of which QB you put in they will be in the same situation. AP removing Minshew is a sign of an inexperience coach, this will breakdown the QB. The QB has to be able to trust the team and coaches to know you have their back. We seen it against the Ravens when Maxx is seen letting Minshew know we have your back.
The cities are actually right next to each other in the Vegas Valley. They just put the building for the Raiders facility in Henderson since there was a ton of open space for development there and it's literally next door to a private airport too.

As long as Mark Davis keeps hiring crummy HC's and GM's, the Raiders will be a sub .500 team. Let's take a look at his track record for the last decade plus: consistent losing records with zero playoff wins, one of the worst drafting and trading teams, and turn over in both the HC and GM job every couple of years. The best thing Raiders fans can hope for is that Mark and his mother (who owns most of the team shares) get out of the football business. Garbage time/prevent defense isn't the same as playing in the first quarter where the opposing team's defense is actually trying their hardest. We have yet to see AOC play in the first half whatsoever in this season.

IMO, there is no city, IN AMERICA like Vegas. It's main industry in taking people's money in LARGE amounts as FAST as possible. I love visiting Vegas. Living there would be insane. A person can go from living well to DESPERATE in HOURS. The same people go to OTHER people to correct THEIR mistakes. Now imagine being a well paid athlete dealing with these situations. My point is, my team is dealing with off-field crazy issues that drain their energy BEFORE games. Intense preventive training is required by the Raiders organization. Throw in players not wanting to be there anymore ( not just Adams) and bad emotional coaching, and you have our ridiculous swings in winning and losing.

We got our a**es kicked by the Panthers and Broncos and those was the 2 games to this point we should have win the easiest. But no we get Dominated. I'm disgusted. As far as I'm concerned unless I'm shown different I'm looking to the draft this team hasn't given me any reason beyond 1 good win in week 2 to believe this season isn't another playoff less season.

We have a problem OL and play design regardless of which QB you put in they will be in the same situation. AP removing Minshew is a sign of an inexperience coach, this will breakdown the QB. The QB has to be able to trust the team and coaches to know you have their back. We seen it against the Ravens when Maxx is seen letting Minshew know we have your back.
We were told this is a team that would protect and run the ball and depend on defense .What happened ??

As long as Mark Davis keeps hiring crummy HC's and GM's, the Raiders will be a sub .500 team. Let's take a look at his track record for the last decade plus: consistent losing records with zero playoff wins, one of the worst drafting and trading teams, and turn over in both the HC and GM job every couple of years. The best thing Raiders fans can hope for is that Mark and his mother (who owns most of the team shares) get out of the football business. The good news for Mark, is that the Raiders have high ticket prices, lots of fans of the opposing team in the stands and the team is making a lot of money for it's owners.
