Hi folks. In my knife collection I have a Solingen with "Canadian Trapper" etched on the blade, and with a serial # stamped on the hilt. I would dearly love to know basically what carbon steel the knife was made from, and around what Rockwell C it was hardened and tempered to. Best.
Actual I have 3, , love them, worth being in any chefs kit, no doubts many chefs own a mix of knife's and brands, well I do but these are my best knife's by far always can trust them to get large amounts of work done, and feel great in the hand all day, a great knife too use, after using larger knife's, worth owning, if I brought a set of knife's I would buy a good range of these,
🤣🤣🤣too much hype about jap knifes, many of them are poor quality and mas produced by robots. Count how many knifes can be made "by hand"? One per day or less
