He's actually still pretty smart in the comics. His parents just don't like that he has average grades and prefers/is amazing at sports. It's shown that he repairs and upgrades the old pride tech (especially the leap frog, the Prides batmobile) all the time.
Kaleb Santos it is actually pretty ironic that the creations of Ultron turn against him when he is a creation of Hank Pym (Tony Stark in the MCU) who turned against his creator.

Hey I know this is a 2 year old cement but I am realy trying to get som help and you seam to know alot abaut this so here is my question: I have read runaways volume 1 (a book with the first 18 comics) and have a Hard time understanding what comes next i have understood it to be ether True belevers or tenage wasteland but I am unshure. From what I remember, Karolina seemed more concerned about the political ramification of the marriage than the husband/wife. But granted that bit was super weird.
I just remember the one page about the whole husband/wife thing, but I think it was less “shapeshifts into a woman” and more that the skrull are gender neutral. I think that it was just kind of skipped over.
I got the Runaways because it was at my school's book fair and it reminded me of Maximum Ride for some reason. Alex's betrayal shook me. Also while reading it I was oblivious to the fact that it was a Marvel property. I didn't know much about most of Marvel's characters outside of the big ones in movies at the time. The series was a treat!
I love the idea of the runaways and some of their story lines, but their art has always been something I really dislike. The new revival seems better, so I now might check that out.

They’re not rlly the same though, Teen Titans is more of an “Teenage Superhero team”, basically like the Young Avengers. The Runaways is more of a “Runaway teenagers vigilante against evil parents and bad guy”, sorta like that

One thing I liked about this comic was this 1 part about a group that pretty much A. A. for former sidekicks. That idea along could be it's own TV show.
I haven't watched the show, unfortunately, especially since Hulu dropped it a year ago, but I have read the comics involving Victor Mancha and think it's a shame he wasn't adapted into the show. Maybe if it was allowed a fourth season, that could happen.

Actually never heard of _The Runaways_ until the show went into production (and the current trailers), and I was just watching a 'The History of..' video last night about them; they sound really interesting, I'm more interested in checking out the show now. It seems like it should do fine as a series actually just based off of what I learned from this video (The CW would have been a good place for them over Hulu, in my uninformed opinion). I'm unfamiliar with the lineup on Hulu (only know a few shows) but based off the trailers of Runaways, the nice practical effects and CGI, I agree with your comment about Hulu being a good place for the show. (coming from someone that never heard of The Runaways until this year, so my opinion was based off of them being teens with abilities and Freeform being a decent place for those shows e.g Cloak & Dagger, Riverdale, etc).
Not 2 issues, 2 volumes. A volume is a series. When you start a new volume, you have a new #1 issue. For example, there are 4 volumes of The Amazing Spider-Man, as there's been 4 #1s.

I just looked into this "marvel hunger games" thing (which is called Avengers Arena) and now I have to wonder if Arcade and Grandmaster ever teamed up lol. Though honestly with his usual MO it seems like he'd fit in better with the likes of Jigsaw and anyone who ever used Monokuma.

I miss the show I really enjoyed it I’m hoping it gets a revival as a Disney+ Original series since I feel they can perfectly continue from where it left off but this time fully introduce it into the MCU since they were still wanted by the end of season 3 maybe superheroes can start tracking them down like in the comics then by the end of a potential season 4 the post credit scene hints at/leads us into them going to be part of the Secret Invasion show but if not maybe they can just reboot the whole series starting from the beginning again either way is fine with me as long as they keep the same cast cause I actually liked who they chose to play as each of them I feel they look just like them so I wouldn’t want them to be recasted if a revival or reboot does come out

Unless the Runaways make a return in a future MCU phase, we will most likely never see this thread get resolved.
