- Noah Lyles, an American professional track and field sprinter who has been competing in 100 meters as well as 200m is currently on top of his game. He's won two gold medals at World Championships (2019 & 2020) which also led him to be crowned 2019 world champion; together with this success came an Olympic bronze medalist title too!
Noah Lyles is also a founder of the Lyles Foundation. Our purpose, as a non-profit, is to empower youth through the advancement of health & wellness in communities nationwide. We provide financial support and motivation by collaborating with global, national, & local partners. Our community is full of people who want to help. We foster relationships with the sports community nationwide. In doing so, we are providing our youth with knowledge of the sports world and opportunities to make their dreams come true.

How often do you have workouts like this? I’ve always wondered if pro runners are training everyday of the week and at what intensity

I think it’s very short. Like a broken 200m

I think the world record for 100m and 200m will be broken in 5 years or less. mark my words
Noah is the only contender for the 200m WR... I actually think he has a shot at it. The 100m isn't going anywhere, I am afraid.

@@TobyFromGT sure thing, but he has to get his first 40m together first. He’s yet to go under 10 seconds for a 100m sprint. Noah’s starts have improved dramatically.
