Morning Courtney I have a rear blade on my BX2380 that I added a UHMW blade too. It’s a perfect companion to my Kubota commercial front blower and I use it a lot up here in the Soo. When the snow ploughs leave a huge 3-4’ furrow I use the back blade to knock it down instead of having to raise the blower to try to reduce the height. I also like giving the driveways a nice scrape after I’m done blowing to give it a finishing touch. The UHMW blade is so much better than the steel blade it’s quieter and it doesn’t damage the pavement. The widow across the street that I clear the driveway in the winter has a concrete driveway and the UHMW blade is holding up to that rough surface.
Hi guys was happy you answered my comment so hopefully you could give this a bit of your time. The Summit box plane , any feed back. Good ,ok, great or not really ready for Prime time? Thanks as always for your channel.
You have a nice inventory!! Now you need to look at spring again!! Order what you need to have... It will take time to get back to NORMAL, whatever that is!!!😊😊
@@GoodWorksTractors You know the story., Now WE, must wait and see what is next...know your inventory, keep this in mine, if it goes below half of what you normally have in stock you are in need of putting in an order for more, know your suppliers... You're going to survive... Need advice! Ask... 😄👍✌️🙏
I wonder what the ratio of Pat's easy change to SPEECO is. I've got both. I bought SPEECO sitting on the side of the road the waiting on a tow truck to pick up my ballast that PATs let go for the 3rd time. Washers turn this turn that. The bar. Multiple fitting for each implement. Then I remember your video. I called, and 2 days it was in Ohio. I haven't lost anything since. And I only have to dismount for PTO hooks. But these FB groups are all about PATS. They must have like antique implements. That would be the only use.
Can you do a video on the different hitch categories and what you need to look for when buying used attachments for your tracktor. I have a tym t25 and and so confused as to what I need to look for when buying used attachments for it. I want to get a used brush hog or brush hog but I’m afraid I’m going to get the wrong one.
You have a category 1 three point hitch. You'll only use cat 1 three point attachments on it. Cat 2 and Cat 3 won't work, but they are bigger attachments anyways and your tractor wouldn't even lift them up or have the power to turn the gear box on the PTO. Stick with cat 1, still make sure the attachments are sized properly. Email us if you have questions on sizes of specific attachments you need. Happy to help.
@@GoodWorksTractors thanks! I may get a flail mower from you guys in the spring. People want almost as much as new for used beat up equipment. New seems to be the way to go. Thanks for the reply!
@@GoodWorksTractors do they make a flail mower for a sub compact that is on an arm and can reach out or be turned vertical for clearing the sides of trails or ditch work?
You could definitely send me one of those tillers to help clear some of that inventory 😂😂. Jk, but on a real note, I do enjoy seeing these behind the scenes type videos.
Courtney, curious if/how higher interest rates (thus increasing your or your suppliers' inventory cost) affecting how you do business going forward (this winter, next spring, and into 2024).
Very little affect on me at this point. I would say the only area of any concern is with interest rates for customers buying used tractors. Most of our customers pay cash, but the higher loan rates are making it tougher for folks to finance. Hasn't been a big impact, but really about the only area of any significance at all.
@@GoodWorksTractors Glad to know it's not affecting how you do business. I just want to applaud you for continuing to put out informative contents and keeping a good inventory despite of increasing cost of doing both with higher wages and bank interests.
Off topic question, what’s your opinion on TYM tractors? I am looking into buying my first tractor and I’ve been comparing kubota, kioti and TYM. I just started watching your videos a couple months ago and haven’t heard you talk much about TYM
FYI I purchased a plow for the rear of my 30 hp Kubota. I was skeptical of a rear mounted 3 point hitch snow and I was pleasantly surprised,1st you need to try them on paved driveways or roadways you will love them. 😎🇺🇸
Wait a second are you telling me that Yanmar has a proprietary quick attach system as well? I did not know that. Now I can understand why they are not more popular than they are. *Keep on tractoring!*
I am in the rubber sheet business and we call those "remnants". That's where you can save your customer some money and make a little too! PS- I still love my Brush Cutter I bought from you last year!
I bought one of your Dirt Dog bale spear and it works great. I wish you could work a deal with Precision mfg and create a grapple for the stump buckets. I really like our stump bucket, but a grapple on top would make it better.🎉
@@hpw59 I have a Precision mfg adjustable add a grapple for my pallet forks. Courtney sells them. I can lift 💪 round bales at the highest setting. At rhe medium setting, is where I prefer to do brush. Sometimes it is easier to move the hay bale around with the Add a grapple than the spear.
I was wodering how many employees you had. Then you walked by the parking and you have quite a few. Really a big change from you in a garage with your dad cleaning tractors part time.

The rear blade is the best attachment for the tractor idk why they wouldn’t sell. Use ours all the time
So much stuff competing for my dollar!
You must have a very good fork lift operator.
We do for sure!
I didn't realize Yanmar quick attach is a thing. The Yanmar YT series is Skid Steer Quick Attach.😲

uhmw can be welded with proper setup. most people don't know a lot of plastics can be welded.

Yeah, unfortunately so. Only on some of their models too, they use SSQA on bigger stuff. Not sure what their thought process was with that.
