What about addressing the radiator position and any adjustment to the shifting linkage? With the body lift, the engine fan will run into the lower shroud. Did you lower the radiator somehow or just remove the lower shroud? Did you have to do any adjustments to the shifting linkage? If so, what did you do?
Patrick Harrington I believe the only thing that will work between the two is the spacer for the strut up front.. The 4Runner has a coil spring on the rear and the Tundra has leaf spring which would use a lift block.. The 4Runner BL will not work for the Tundra.

Side body mounts were still used. Front and rear just added lift spacers in between
