My rig has a 3" inch suspension lift with a 3" body, engine, and drivetrain lift. All together a 6" and with the engine and drivetrain lift I have zero clearance issues because there is nothing but flat frame under the transfer case. yes you have to modify the knuckle caster angle on the front diff, and the rear pinion has to be addressed. In the Yota doesn't look half bad once it was completed, and with just doing the 3.4 swap runs 10 times better.

great job man !!! cant wait to see the final result !! just fixed my 92 4runner the coil spring top plate was gone on the driver side and its impossible to find a clean frame here so yeah not an easy job dont have any shop i work just like you outside in the grass haha keep up the good work have a nice day !
Honestly I like body lifts. They help for tire clesrene and hight while keeping a lower center on gravity.
They also help a great deal with any body rattle from subs and give you a a tad more room if you wanted to make a turbo system or in my case add a bigger turbo and have no interference issues.
Can't wait to see this finished. Ifs should be interesting build. Lots of people are building ifs rigs now

Saw your pick up on donut the other night🤙🤙🤙 Just finished my lift about a month ago on my 3rd gen runner. Toytec springs on billy 5100 and ome 891 with billy 5100 on the rear. Freedom off-road upper control arms. Spc rear lower control arms. 1.5” fat pats body lift and energy suspension poly bushings. It rides beautifully 🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙
It would be good to see a closer look of the tools you use whenever they are not common tools.
I love and appreciate your channel because you are just like 99% of us... making the best of what you have and what you can afford.... but you knew this was coming..... ditch the body lift and do the cutting while she's still bare. Not only do trucks looks better ( in my opinion, lol), low/ squat and wide, but the suspension and handling and everything is just so much better in the stock position, don't sacrifice function over form....c'mon... you've been doing this long enough now to know that😉, you're not gaining any performance, in fact you're losing some, especially off road.... do the cutting now dude... you'll thank me later😘

You will regret the body lift. They put more leverage on the sheet steel and will crack around the pucks. Very bad idea! I have fixed more body mounts from body lifts than i care to mention.
Do you still need fender flares? I commented on that previous video that I have SR5 flares off of a '97 that you can have if you need them. Trying to clean out the garage; let me know.

swapped out my bigger tires on my runner for a little slimmer and taller tires . MPG increase.
