You might want to acknowledge the fact that Zach Bush is smarter and more informed than you. As for anyone who needs a red pill, they'd be wiser listening to talks like this than what typically goes for "red pill." Those pushing red pill rhetoric, tend to be the most disifnormed and closed-minded.
Random to a lot of people maybe, but Zach’s using the vocal growl habitually and for a voice person, it’s distracting to the point of being unlistenable. Guys, this bad vocal habit doesn’t make your voice deep. Over time, it causes nodules. So…for a guy interested in health, take note! This is like running in flip flops. Not good for you.

Perhaps it’s always been an affectation people assume, but it’s not a healthy one. He could benefit from being aware as would anyone who speaks a lot for a living. And that’s all.

I love bare foot shoes, and I love watching Dr Zach Bush. As a long term Vegan, I believe in each of us taking personal responsibility for the environment, our personal footprint and recycling, composting, re-using where possible.
I live off-grid and am aiming to grow my own veggies and become fully self sufficient.
But, when Jack Harries starts going on about "climate change" it makes me want to stop watching the interview.
I just see the agenda to take away our freedom and transfer wealth. The planet goes through ages, sometimes it is heating up, other times it is cooling down. Climate change is an agenda and unfortunately to push SMART technology on us and control the population, and tax them more etc.
Put the fear in and take your MONEY out .

If we are going to talk about “climate change”…We need to note that it is cyclical…and we are cooler now than at other points in history. We also need to address the massive spraying ( Geo Engineering) of chemicals in our atmosphere before we go taxing everyone for living.

Patients are still getting oil and plastic derivatives in IV fluids and meds like heparin in their bodies everyday in USA's medical system. The last additive given in IV meds in every clinic was Benzene derivative and that is when I quit after decades in medicine. Horrifying and not many know.

You look worn out Zach, just start eating so you can vitalize yourself. avoiding meat is not the answer. very low energy
An anmal-based diet is the lowest in deuterium. Depleting deuterium promotes mitochondrial health. And fatty acids help the mitochondria to produce the most metabolic water. Well, all fatty acids other than seed oils that, like carbs, are high deuterium. Plus, a low-carb, high-fat diet will promote ketosis, autophagy, etc.
On top of that, all essential and conditionally essential nutrients can only be found in animal foods, not plant foods. An egg alone contains all essential nutrients. Even plant phytonutrients are concentrated in foods from animals that are pasture-raised or wild-caught.
Mother Earth is passed. The shift is coming.
