This is the wildest thing sandrin made a blade with this steel and super thin . I ve heard good performance about the sandrin Torino went like 1000 cuts compared to 100-200 .
It’s better to get a $300 knife every couple months than 6 $50 knives imho after already acquiring some good well received Budget blades . Otherwise there’s too darn many knives after a while , haha . For me , that’s how I m rolling moving forward .
