This was so beautiful, yet so heartbreaking.
Absolutely Magnificent. Although it should be noted his description of pack size and composition is not typical, I attribute this to his pack being rather small. A well established pack can easily be into the dozens and therefore the breakdown of duty far more complex. Oh and one big error, the Alpha pack leader is not always a male. The males have size advantage in general, but often intelligence, degree of killer instinct as well as agility comes into play.
Superbe ! I prefer wolves to humans, they are not as dangerous.

The narrators voice was... less than great but I got used to it after about 10 minutes or so. Not a bad video
Good film
Because it's a Greyhound. These "Sighthounds" were originally bred by the Celts and Anglo Saxons, 2000 years ago, as hunting dogs. Like Huskies or Afghans it's totally okay for them to show their rib cage, it doesn't mean they are undernourished! Many wild canadian and russian wolves look the same after the winter month, but that often does mean death to them, if they can not regain their strength. For a Greyhound I would be much more concerned if it was fat!!!!

i love wolves so much there beutiful and mysterious and there howling sometimes make me wanna cry myself. if i had a choice i would realy go to yellowstone area and see or hear ther for my self not behind bars in a zoo but in wild freedom. i would howl very loud into the mountains and hope of getting the experiance from getting an real answer. its stupid thow only because people have a bad image of the wolf they reduce in numbers so quick. if only men knew the truth.
They killed 2 million to save their hamburgers. :-((

У, меня в детстве тоже был волк .и я его любила но отец отдал чужим людям на время и они у били моего дружка. С тех пор я не завалила собак. Досих пор онем плачу. Нет лучше и предоние волка.

I causes me great sadness to hear the hunters to betray the friendship of BOY by killing him and his two Girlfriends. Simply stupid. Wolves are not good or bad THEY JUST ARE.

I do not why people kill such beautiful intelligent and social animal! In US they are killing them relentlessly!
A remarkable film filled with anguish and pain, beautiful little birds, but I can't help feeling that this would be all in vain if hunters again kill the 3 wolves, just for fun.
***** The only thing I can think, my wolf mate, is that I was so emotionally upset with the killing of Boy and his females, is that somehow this emotion was transferred to you. Maybe also that it brought back to me memories of your struggle with setting your own wolves free. We are all connected you see, both wolves and people.

Hanssteiger It is real pleasure to hear such the words. Is there anybody who wouldn't respect the wolf? - "the symbol of real wilderness". Recently I had to delete more than 20 wildlife videos because of You-tube blocking them in some way. I hope you'd like and enjoy the rest of my videos posted on my YT channel.

wolves are spiritual and gorgeous creatures I love them and want to protect them and sense I live in montana I can do taxidermy and one day be hands on with wolves raising them and having contact day to day

I would find it fun to stock Wolf Hunters as they lay down there Devil traps to help them Hunt, and once they leave the trap I would get rid of it to show them they need to stop hunting wolf's, I would let a Dog bite a Hunter on the butt to let him feel half of the pain that the Wolf feels when it gets shot and it's Pack feels the Heart breaking pain of loosing one it's kind, Wolf Hunters are better off in Jail so they can't hunt Wolf's anymore
