Hi Ling. In my many years of cooking Chinese foods, he's done a great job. I don't do tofu that often but it's easy to prepare. Tomorrow I'll be preparing a Quadruple Vegetarian Lo Mein in oyster sauce. Quadruple as in 4 types of vegetables. Everything is prepped and ready. Something that my girlfriend's family is always looking forward to.
