STOP using a reflector like THIS | Get better photos NOW!

Thank you for watching and I really hope you enjoyed this. We have seen so many people STILL use reflectors incorrectly and it’s quite shocking...so we decided to put this little tutorial together. Is this the best reflector for video, well, any 5 in 1 reflector is perfect, you just need to know how to use it.
Like I said, a reflector from the bottom is not completely incorrect, however it was never designed to reflect the sun onto your subject from the bottom...I have no idea how people have assumed that its normal to do this LOL

So glad I could help.
I love the GH6 for photography, honestly I'd love to pick up another one and put my G9 permanently for filming youtube videos...but the rumour of the G9 mark ii has me knowing I need that with my GH6 for photography...I've always loved to cameras to shoot with and 2 to film with.
The bonus on the GH6 is definitely the 14 bit raw files, way more space to play in editing.

No wonder why I've had bad luck with reflectors. I just went into my studio and followed this advice. Much better. His comparison to a soft box made so much sense

This seems to make sense, but what I can't figure out is .. . why do photo rules not matter for video?
There must be more to it because we can clearly see the model in the video before the photo comparison and the video doesn't have as much of a problem with the exposure ? 🤔
