Ebony & Ivory - live together in harmony ... side by side on my piano ! That's the first thing that seeps through my mind when I heard of the 2 words. Interesting and very special Japanese / Western fusion cafe at Yulek. The dishes introduced were all done very well - not pretentious - and yet capturing the taste buds of the general public ( may I say more towards the younger generation preferences ). I think I would enjoy the Japanese linguine dish with a raw egg yolk to smoothen the overall texture of the pasta and all the toppings that goes with it. The barista at the beverage and drinks corner makes it a really personal touch to the overall experience there. And with the cakes / dessert to end up a hearty meal - the Clint Eastwood phrase - MAKE MY DAY - becomes a reality ! Yatt Lau ! Mou Tak Deng ! 👌👌👌. Nicely edited on this Yulek food haunting edition - from the personal introduction, to the classic flats and to the market at Yulek --> before going in to Ebony & Ivory Cafe. Thanks Elmo ( and I believed Danny is there too) for this nice and easy episode for everyone to enjoy. 👏👏👏

But from your video looks too oily 🤔 Thanks for another quick episode from you. Always look forward to it 👍 Happy Deepavali to you and your wife Elmo , have a nice weekend jalan jalan cari makan 🎉
