Could be a masterstroke by Unai..... We were always gonna lose tonight (as all teams are pretty much guaranteed to bar Liverpool and arsenal) so managed to rest some players to be fresher for the run in (have Europe to consider as well) as well giving some of the younger lads so more experience if we do need to use them again before the end of the season (sure we will)... Looking forward to Saturday when we'll have McGinn back along with Watkins, Martinez and Ramsey hopefully 🤞

Shocking defending. Almost looked like they gave up in the second half. Injuries are ridiculous this season. Playing four out and out attackers gave City the midfield.

What way was that to defend a free kick basically opening the door. Afraid to get hit with the ball. There first goal was offside . Played well for most. Keep fighting for everything until the end of season..super john back now.

We lost the game because Luiz gave away a stupid free kick and then gave foden a free shot at goal because we couldn't do a wall.
Far more to it than that but our wall was not good enough on Fodens free kick ( which he miss hit ).
