Kompany is the real deal. A true captain and a proper down to earth real bloke. He could likely adapt anywhere. He's arguably been City's most integral player over the last decade. With only players like Yaya (when he was bang on form), Aguero, KDB, Silva, and Fernandinho, coming close in the impact over the years stakes. True legend, and a truly top guy. Would have been a welcome addition at ANY top club in Europe. At his best he could arguably get into any team too.
Completely agree. To bad he had to deal with so many injuries during his career. I am sure without all the injuries he would still be playing on a high level for Man City. But we are happy to have him back at Anderlecht as our manager. I am sure he is going to build up the club again. He is the right man for the job.
Probably the finest margin in the City story is that the Everton King's Dock deal feel through because Mansoor originally wanted to buy Everton but moved on when the stadium didn't happen.
Not true. It they didn’t go up in ‘99, City would just have sacked Joe Royle, and gone up the next season. Royle wasn’t really a good manager for City, needing to go up by the play offs was really a poor season. Kevin Keegan arriving after Royle was sacked in ‘01, along with the chairman David Bernstein, is what turned City around. Royle’s record at City was actually nothing impressive (and I’m a City fan who supported them through the whole 90’s). I must have been on the kippax with the Gallaghers a few times before they released any records!

If we take the figure for Net Migration from Oxford University's Migration Observatory ( migrationobservatory.ox.ac.uk/resources/briefings/long-term-international-migration-flows-to-and-from-the-uk/ ) we see that the 2017 figure is 282,000 people have entered the UK. Now if we look at the UK governments Office for National Statistics (ONS) 2017 figures for housing stock ( assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/710382/Dwelling_Stock_Estimates_2017_England.pdf ) we can see that the total amount of dwelling is up 217,000. What is important to remember here is that is dwellings, not people. I don't know about your home but my home has more than one person in it, so I expect the figure for how many spaces for people to be between 217,000 and 651,000 (assuming 1-3 people per dwelling), therefore easily outstripping any demand from immigration. So the bottom line is immigration is not causing pressure on housing stock. The problem with the housing stock is that housing stock has been seen as something to invest in for the rich who already have at least one home, want a pension income, or diversify their investment portfolio away from solely stocks and shares. The cutting of state pensions has also fuelled the demand for properties as investments due to baby boomers who expected a pension getting next to nothing (don't even get me started on millennials). The figures for owner occupied homes has remained fairly consistent at around 15 million since 2000, but there has been are large increase in private rental stock and the also private housing association while social housing has decreased drastically. In 2001, private stock was at around 4 million dwellings, it is now at around 7.5 million dwellings. Mancunians will know this story, as between 2000 and 2008, buildings were popping up all over the inner city / city centre, all flats, all privately owned. It totally changed Manchester skyline and Manchester's old mills and industrial ruins. Absolutely class this! Noely G and Big Vinny 🔵⚪️
Rivalries aside, as a United fan, absolute respect for this guy 👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻
I would have ask him again about Kun's flaws, because I can't imagine he is reffering of technical abilty or anything related to that...maybe he doesn't train too much? his injuries might be related to sthg like that? dunno, it was strange.
Where was the disagreement, did I miss it or is there another video with it on?
Vinny is class, going to miss you Cap!
Fair play to Kompany, this coming from a red He’s been a top defender for citeh
I really wish they would have talked more about the charity dinner he did a wonderful thing that night, a great human being
Kompany’s goal last night was the most important goal
Very wise words from Noel. Spoke my mind. C'mon City ⭕
English Football through ages.
1.Till WWII
2. Post WWII
3.Abramovich and Sheikh Mansour.
@@madtitan-bringerofgenocide why do you need to be racist you idiot

What was racist? The OP said something stupid and was rightly mocked.

😎
Ok
Vince The Prince, Belgium's Finest!
I hope that history proves me right, but as a person I can see Vincent Kompany as one of the best Burnley managers we've ever seen, but not taking anything away from Sean Dyche, his legacy will help Vincent no end.
"Still happy to be alive." Fuck me Gary bit deep
Best captain in the world. Here's to you Vincent Kompany, City loves you more than you will know!! 💙
Such a great player! Without doubt the best!
I absolutely love Vinnie (And I’m a Red) Noely is also a fucking legend!
Kompany is a legend. Amazing defender and a top guy aswell just a shame he loves a header against utd
They had Kompany, since then we have had Jones Smalling Lindelof and Maguire......I'm embarrassed
Legend Kompany 💙
When your a city fan at the age of 15 you get called a glory hunter
when i was 15, almost everyone around was United fans (gloryhunters)
Basically you need to support clubs who are not the big 6 to be considered a plastic fan
@@joshkoh5143 does that make sense
@@thegooner-49 it doesn't make sense but it's a trend to degrade younger people now ,the media loves to do it too

What a man ! What a leader ! What a player !
Top defender. Top man.

Oh my god missing Vincent kompany 😭😭
Dzekos goal before Agueros is always forgotten
Vincent Kompany, a credit to football, and not just for his glittering career, but also for his humility
Now he’s an up and coming riding manager, says it all really
Kompany is gorgeous! 💙💙💙
3 legends one table say no more
Great interview.
imagine if this guy could go on and become a top manager for the club
Took Burnley from Championship to Premier League. Won the league with 101 points. All the best in Premier League Kompany and Burnley!
Imagine Vincent and Rio in a back two. Intimidating.
If it wasn't for Kompany Man City would be a circus with all of the egos.
3 Legends right there
History? What history? Football didn't start 10 years ago!
Haha its funny 1935! Haha And now just plastic oil rich and can't fill their ground. Small club!
Virgin
@Oisín O'Sullivan What, one match? Get real sunshine.
No it started 1992 didnt it. Stupid manU fans. Everton had more leagues than manU before 1992.
Mancity before 1992 on the other hand, 4 FA cups , 2 league titles , 2 league cups , 6 community shields , 1 Cup Winners Cup.

How does Vincent speak such a fluent English and doesn't even seem to have a thick accent???
Vincent is from Belgium and speaks at least 4 languages without accent! ;-) Flemish, French, German, English and probably some African from Congo too... Maybe even some Spanish or Italian.. I dunno but he is just an intelligent man.
@@V.Niel75
He speaks German too
Played 2years in hamburg
When you speak Dutch, German is not difficult
When you changed to took over with a new board, the whole club has now become the best club in the world why can’t Tottenham or Everton be there?
Manchester City will be in the history books to remember, they shall never forget for what they achieved. There is no doubt in my mind that City will keep growing, developing, progress,if Pep,Kompany leaves everything will be change not be the same or it might be.
Tough and solid guy
Love Vinny, yeah he's alright too
