Fred Krueger's head sculpt is pretty good despite the fact that this is an older figure. However, the biggest problem, and what makes it seem a bit dated, is the lack of articulation. Otherwise, this is a piece that still holds up fairly well for the most part. With that aside, thanks as always Spot. I greatly appreciate the continued hard work. Keep it up!
Yes I was hoping you would do a re review of this Freddy. Hope we get an ultimate version someday of him. Or any new Freddy's would be nice. I guess you could just make the head sculpt fit the ultimate body if you had extras. The doll is well painted for her size and the glove held up nicely over the years showing that the company makes well made products.always like your re reviews of figures.
Praying we get a FvJ Ultimate Freddy, there would be enough incentive with the Fred Krueger head and Demon freddy head, normal claw and bloody claw etc. Fingers crossed.

This looks exactly as the first Freddy vs Jason 2 pack with diorama stand back in 2003. Why have they never done an individual Freddy from the film like they have the ultimate version of Jason🤔

Great review as always, the fedora is actually removable but I’d say yours is just fused to the head. My figure is pretty stiff, it’s always worrisome to move joints on older figures.
Kind of crazy how this was one of my first Neca offerings (I think Robocop was my first) and here I am, still collecting their stuff, regardless of how crap their stuff was early on when they were just McFarlane Lite. EDIT: Did you lose his alternate hand? I'm pretty sure he came with a scarred left hand to replace the one holding the doll.

This is proof that you can make an exquisite head sculpt without using scanning technology
