They very clearly added japanese mayo. Are you not paying attention? And if you wanna add lettuce, then add it. I learned as a child that everyone has their own preference and not everyone is going to like things the same way.
This looks lovely but I have a question, are you an engineer? My husband is and he uses the scales all the time even for his breakfast cereal. As a throw it all in and hope for best cook it’s weird🤣
He's a chef, if you prepare food for a living it is important to be able to make something the same every time, especially when multiple people work together to make the different parts of one dish. If you are cooking at home in a more relaxed manner of course, feel free to eyeball what tastes good as long as you are happy with how it comes out :)
