I made this and added a small zucchini for some vegetable, I just cooked it in the sauce and it worked so perfectly! I have made it twice since this video came out, and I probably would have made it more often if i hadn't run out of peanut butter. Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe!
I made this with my homemade udon noodles and it turned out delicious. I don’t like raw garlic taste so I fried the garlic at the same time with the green onion and it smelled and tasted amazing. Thank you for sharing this recipe. It’s now one of my favorite noodles recipes
This is exactly what I've been looking for. I had a dish very similar to this at my college and I've been trying to recreate it ever since. Thank you for this video. :)
Ive never tried peanut butter in noodles before but this is insanely good!! My go to dish when I want something quick and easy yet super delicious. I made this for both me and my husband and he also loves it. Thank you for sharing.☺️♥️🙌🏼
I really like the idea of pouring the hot oil over the seasonings instead of putting the seasonings in the hot pan--you'll still give the spices a decent toasting, but hopefully without the face full of pepper spray effect.
I just tried this recipie out with my mom!! It doesnt look exactly the same since this is my first time ever cooking something like this, but it tasted great!! Super fun to do aswell, thank you!!!
I can’t get enough of this recipe! I have it memorized exactly as you’ve presented and it’s my favorite quick meal. Now I need to buy more udon noodles.
I made this tonight. Instead of noodles, I tossed the sauce over pan fried tofu and some green beans. Excellent recipe, and I expect it would be excellent over noodles too. Thanks!
Was wondering what to have for lunch and this video popped up in my subs. Just tried it and it's absolutely delicious! Love from the UK happy new year!
This recipe was sooo easy and addicting, thanks for sharing! Being a baby with spices I definitely reduced the spice by less than half the amount needed the second time 😂 Did a mix of chili pepper, paprika and cayenne just for the heck of it. Did a very generous tbsp for that peanut butter, and I toasted the garlic alongside the onion in the avocado oil before pouring it over. Oh, and I added some leftover bok choy, it went well with the sauce. Delicious and an easy substitute for those dan dan noodle cravings.
Whoa! I’m sitting here eating my own peanut butter noodles when this pops up on my recommended! here’s how i made mine: 1-2 tbsp peanut butter, mix with some water until it becomes liquidy 1 tbsp soy sauce a little bit of gochujang (korean red pepper paste) for some spice i sautéed some minced garlic in a pan with oil, then added instant ramen noodles that i had just boiled. i then added some ground ginger for more flavor after it was all mixed up in the pan, i topped with sesame seeds! it’s yummy, i’m still eating it rn hahahah
Greetings from Egypt..I've tried the recipe and it was super yummy 😋😋...I didn't expect peanut butter will make it that good 👍👍...thanks for sharing it....
I made this and it was awesome! I fried some extra garlic (in addition to the raw ones added to the sauce), ginger and mushrooms in the oil and added it to the sauce. For the sauce, I reduced soy sauce and oyster sauce to half spoons and increased the peanut butter to one and half spoons. One of the best noodle recipes! Thank you!
This has been my go-to recipe for months now! I make it at least once a week:) I use sriracha instead of chilli flakes and I don't add the sugar, but it works great!
recipes like this one is a a trend these days, it trended on tiktok and i kept eating it almost everyday with different kinds of noodles. I'm basically addicted to this it's so delicious!!!! also i prefer heating oil without the green onion in it because the oil won't sizzle because of the water in the onion, i just put the green onion with the seasoning, heat the oil then pour it over everything and BOOOM SIZZLE SIZZLE then MIX MIX and eat
This is the best, quickest and most delicious noodle recipe. Thank you so much! I subscribed to your channel for how good this recipe is. For some extra protein and veggies, I fried a handful of prawns/shrimp using the more of the chilli flakes, salt, a little sugar and vinegar and put them in the serving bowls. I also quickly boiled some sliced pak choy before boiling the noodles and added that to the serving bowls. I followed the rest of the recipe to the letter. As far as I'm concerned, this recipe replaces Dan Dan noodles which is way more unnecessarily complicated. Thank you again.
Thank you for this recipe. I just made it with a slight change and really liked it. I used Veggie Mushroom Oyster Sauce instead of Oyster sauce due to shellfish allergies in the house. My spouse is not too fond of soy sauce and meals with PB, and yet he really liked it. The flavors are well balanced and the sauce was quite tasty. I would recommend giving it a try.
“Accept the attack.” Accurate lol I definitely wanna try this! Plus this reminds me of the peanut carrot noodles I used to make: thin slivers of carrot to replace noodles (cooking til soft), onion, and the sauce: adding low-sodium soy sauce, peanut butter, sriracha sauce, sugar, and sesame seeds.
I'm having this for lunch and the only thing I can complain about is I didn't make enough sauce for the noodles (I have to have gluten free so I missed the mark on eyeballing how much I'd need and made too much) but otherwise this slaps. Totally my new favorite lunch item since it's quick and easy.
Did you use oyster sauce? In my country I've only found one brand and it contains Gluten. I wanna do the recipe, but I will change it for soy sauce, like it's saying as an option on the box bellow the video.
What did you use for the noodles? I'm Celiac so I also have to substitute. I was thinking of using either the brown rice ramen I have or some of the Konjac noodles I have on hand.
@@BeckyMsouza Mine unfortunately did have wheat in it, but that's not something I think about since it's such a small amount that it doesn't bother me. The same brand I use has a gluten free version, though. Lee Kum Kee. It's just hard to get a hold on unless buying online.
