Probably a stupid question but..... With the release of the SSOC Academy and SS Coach Prep Course, will Starting Strength gyms and affiliate gyms have a preference for the academic pipeline from which they will choose interns and apprentices? Realistically, I presume gyms will look at the experience level of the prospects and make their decisions that way, but I'm curious about how the two compare. They sound pretty similar, just one is operated by SSOC, and the other by Aasgaard Co.
Starting Strength Gyms will be running this program with their apprentices as part of their apprenticeship program. With SSOC's program, successful candidates are offered an internship and then a job with SSOC - not something that new SSCs can be offered by default since there is a requirement that you hold the certification for a year prior to getting hired on.
You'll still need to attend the seminar in order to be evaluated. This is a preparatory program for passing the evaluations done at and after the seminar.
Great vid but I don’t think your gonna make a lot of money just Squat,Press and Dead Novice LP On General Fitness Clients. Most of em could careless about utilizing the barbell.
they are not looking for quantity here. they only consider quality. the method, the programming, the coaches and the equipment are all of the highest quality, and so should be the clients
Thank you! Excellent teaching methods

This was excellent!
How useful will this be for people who live across the ocean and can't come to the seminar?
I was about to ask the same question (I'm based in France)!
