I just bought the bft47 by Century Arms and I absolutely love it! And dude I agree with every point you made from safety to respect of the weapon. Great video brother! Take care!
@@jcbimbo1 I’ll take you up on that offer. I’m fly down 2-3x a year.... I usually stay in Pembroke Pines.... and shoot at Markham Park, but if you know of other outdoor ranges, I’m in. Thanks for the sub!
Glad you are in the AK game. Now my suggestion is save your pesos and get a Wasr hermano. Get an import before they go away, american made AKs will never feel or be the same as a imported ak from an Actual military factory. Good luck!!
I have a wasr and im not impressed. Canted front sight, firing pin broke after 700 rounds, and poor rivet job on the bolt carrier. Luckily the trunnions are forged and not cast. I've had 3 different rifle from century and they were all junk. WBP and Zastava are good. If you wanna learn a lot about the akm, buy vickers guide volume 1. Every ak ever made is in that book, and a lot of countries made them. Stay away from American akm's. All junk. Spend the time and do some research...
@@cheekimfbreeki9606 just keep an eye on thing's. Clean it and check head spacing every 400 or so rounds. You can do it without a go and no gauge, just stick a live round in your bolt, stick the bolt in chamber without the carrier, lock in place and see if it wiggles. It should stay tight and in place. If you don't feel confident you can remove the firing pin or make sure the safety is on so you don't accidentally get a discharge. This will save you from buying a gauge. There is a video in you tube on how to do it, hope this helps. Another thing, if stock screws cone loose, take them out and reinstall with wood glue, I did and now they never come loose...
@@CameronCobb vska will do better in the swamp in the snow than a lot of peoples ar 15s and it irritates them so bad… you’ll never stop seeing vska hate and it’s because the vska (lowest quality ak) still outperforms the highest quality ars outside your controlled environments
@@attackferrets AR's are cheaper, lighter, more accurate and versatile, easier to build and maintain and repair/replace parts. AKs only had the edge when compared to the early models of the m16. This isn't the 1960s any more and AR's are the dominate rifle (in the USA). I own an AK but would choose my AR in any combat scenario because of all the advantages I listed.
My very first AK is a century bft47. I got it. Because of thr old look. So, far. I have not had any problems.

Akm, you can't get a real ak, they quit making them in 1959. From that point on they are known as the akm, ak modernized...
Yours is the BFT47 essential with out the cleaning rod and optics rail

@@kylecarpenter3900 thanks ill try it out. I heard it only works with mil spec ammo though. ill try it with my wolf.
if its not a wasr sell it. VSKAs and rs47s are awful guns. only good ones they have a wasr10s cuz they are imports
VSKA really isn't bad. Stop it
I’m buying a ras47 and that’s a final
I think VSKA now has a lifetime warranty?
