@L K Correct. However, he tells people to take oregano oil each day. Several times a day. Oregano oil is very potent. If people use it like he says, it can cause many health issues. Oregano oil treats the body as an antibiotic. Too much can cause the immunity of antibiotics. My point is this, don't give advice that can be harmful to people without telling them these facts. What would happen if a person became immune to antibiotics and needed it? People go overboard with vitamins and supplements without considering fully researching them. When Mandell uses Dr. as part of his name, people assume he is a MD. That, he is NOT! He is very misleading. This could cause people to take his advice without contacting their medical Dr first. He gives too much medical advice outside of his field of education & training. He needs to focus on his field of training only.

I woke up today and could not move my neck to the right side or center my neck and the pain was excruciating last time this happened was three years ago and took me three days to recover. I tried this trying to find a remedy I’m glad I found this video and thankful because I can now turn my neck and center it and made sure to put pressure with my thumb on my the back of the muscle, it really works thank you again for this video.
