The fact that the husband pointed a gun at the exchange student for the minor infraction of being in the girls' room shows either his behavior was dangerous bc of his alcohol intake and/or his slide into irrational behavior. That being said , the inconsistencies in her story of "finger on the trigger along with his" suicide to self defense and the discrepancy of her story and the physical evidence is cause for skepticism. The testimony of the friend about the "escape" plan is interesting but could be explained away if this was premeditated and she said these things as a way to absolve herself of possible charges. There is only one chance to collect evidence and once its gone its gone forever. There are so many cases I've seen that have resulted in either no justice for families and/or endless questions about the manner of death that can never be answered.
Agree, but she clearly killed him. Most likely due to his behaviour and her alcohol intake. If this was the other way around, the man would have been arrested and convicted.

The cases where scientists go to extreme measures to find answers are rare, the exception and not the rule. It’s such a bizarre story.
Innocent people don’t change their story and confess to friends. Obviously guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. Manslaughter at the very least. I mean, if you follow the logic of the jury then all you have to do to get away with murder is to be alone with a person when you kill them and then claim self defense. We have to do better than this.
@@TheGhostOfMichaelJackson They do not, however, lie in this manner! People lie because they know the truth will make them appear bad! Kevin, this case is a head scratcher. I feel confident that she is guilty based upon what she told all the folks she was acquainted with…that being said maybe his parents can bring a wrongful death suit against her so that she does not spend all his money 💵 unless she already has. Fabulous presentation!
Some single women try and hide the fact that they have children when entering the dating scene. This one's going to have to hide two dead husbands. When and where do you reveal this little tidbit of personal backstory ? 'Gee hon, heh heh, there's a teeny bit about myself that I kinda sorta forgot to mention.' 😳
She was boozed and got tired of getting pushed around by him. I think the heat of the moment, Mark was enraged and she feared for her life. How it actually went down, no one but Amy knows.
It seems like if she’d just gone with self defense right off the bat she wouldn’t have faced serious charges whether that’s actually what happened or not. The fact he was just drunkenly brandishing a gun on a kid makes it a good self defense case whether she planned it or not. They didn’t even check her for gunshot residue so she could even recant her statement and just said he shot himself and she was close by lol.
Yeah right! If he was abusing her and she feared for her life, that would have been the VERY first thing she said! But, because she had no evidence for and there was no history of him abusing her, she made up this bizarre suicide story, but when that didn't work because it made no sense, she just went with the ol' tried-and-true "he was abusing me" excuse, which don't get me wrong, i'm fully aware is truly the case a lot of the time. But how often in those cases is there a different story/lie in the beginning? The answer is never because its a load of shit!
Is it just me, or did she flash a little snarky smile as she was being photographed for injuries ? I agree with those who believe that her not guilty verdict was a result of the prosecutions failure to prove it. Sloppy police work and snap decisions led to a finding of suicide before all the evidence was thoroughly examined. Guilty, imho.
Wow.... I've never heard of this case before. I lived in Albuquerque before moving to the UK and had friends stationed at Kirkland! It's definitely a case that requires thought. The fact that he'd pulled a gun on a young man just before this happened though shows that he likely wasn't in his right mind at the time (in my opinion), so even if she was mad about cheating or whatever else, I don't think she could have set up the unstable events leading up to the shooting and added to that, to commit murder with a house full of students doesn't make much sense (again, that's my opinion lol). I've been trying to remember a specific case that I thought you might be interested in, but since my last brain surgery my short term memory isn't the best... It happened in the town that my godfather lives in a few years ago (5 or 6 maybe?). It's the murder of a 17 year old highschool student in Dumas, Arkansas. A man confessed, but it was highly likely to be a false or coherenced confession. Last I'd heard he'd gotten granted a new trial (he was convicted of 1st degree murder on his confession with almost no other evidence)... I don't know where the case stands now, but it's definitely a thought provoking case to be sure.

Amy murdered Marc. The cops blew it from the start. How can you place any weight on what she told a co worker, or told anyone. It's her version. She set it up to murder him. And her first husband killed himself. Not much was said about that. I guess she has bad luck with husbands. Edited to add: Who goes into the closet to take their earrings off? Anyone? Of course not.

This is my favorite channel!
I believe she is guilty. She confessed to her friends.
Well done. Thanx. The outcome is a shame.💋🇨🇭
Perfect couple? That drinks with students in their house ? 💩👎🏼
Verdict is crazy😮... omg... she will kill again 😢
That's wild they definitely got that wrong.
Sadly, there are multiple instances of excessive alcohol consumption leading to tragedy…this one, Yeardley Love case, Sarah Boone, etc
There was no evidence that he pushed her around. There is evidence that she killed him.
Hi Kevin, I love seeing you with your kitty and I truly enjoy your ability to tell stories. 😊
AND as a mother I'd like to think I know my sons but as we all know. People are different in their own home and own relationship.
Gotta say this is one of those cases where I don't feel sympathy for victim or perpetrator..
Same. I kinda feel that with all the alcohol floating around, one of them would have ended up dead eventually.
The demon drink as usual..the booze has been the downfall of so many.. can't understand why people drink to the extent that someone ends up dead.
Enjoying your channel Kevin.
Wow. So many twist, and then they said, she’s funny, who would have ever known! 😂lol
Kevin, keep up the uniqueness in your work!
Sounds fishy to me
Murderers always have to brag!!!
Kenneth Osburn and Casey Crowder, right?
I’m sorry about your brain, I hope you feel better soon!
@@bettercallnadiya sorry about your brain 🤣🤣🤣
Your screen presence is improving and you have seemed to of gotten comfortable in front of the camera. You're going to climb the ranks real quick bro. Keep up the great work👍🤘

Troll 🤭😂😂
@@thetruthwillsetyoufree9209 TROLL??? What you trying to say? I don't TROLL on anyone!!
It’s all good guys 😀
Too many guns. Plus alcohol. Sad. Almost surely, the absence of a gun would have prevented this death.
Ty Kevin you're a gem
Amy murdered Marc. The cops blew it from the start. How can you place any weight on what she told a co worker, or told anyone. It's her version. She set it up to murder him. And her first husband killed himself. Not much was said about that. I guess she has bad luck with husbands. Edited to add: Who goes into the closet to take their earrings off? Anyone? Of course not.
Two husbands committing suicide? Yikes. Hope she is getting counseling.
Good story, thank you
This is insane and seeing people defend her in the comments is mad. She drank heavy that night as well and clearly killed him. He didnt tell her to kill him, she killed him. If this was the other way around no way the husband is walking free. Crazy
So I keep getting fat from all the ice cream I eat but now realize it’s because “technically” my hand on the spoon..pushing the ice cream into my mouth so it’s technically not my doing 😂😂 that bloody hand should be in jail though 🙄
That's one of the best compliments anyone can ever get....you have an incredible tolerance for booze
