I as well, I realized this years ago with myself.
How could I eat 1/4 gal milk and 1/3 box of cereal and only eat 1/2 cup of oatmeal?
I found that cereal destroys your gut biome and your intestines hate it, and you don't get full from eating it.
I learned the better(not best) form of cereal was the granola cereal, then I found out how bad milk was and then found ok cereal.
Ultimately, I am over cereal, now I eat high glyphosate oatmeal!
Yes, I will be changing over to the cheaper version and go with no glyphosate oats.

the saddest thing about cereals is that they are geared towards children. and food we loved all our lives as children are the hardest to get rid of because whatever your mom puts on the table will always bring good memories of family and friends. they should be illegal. breakfast cereals are the gateway to so many problems and they start before you even go to school 😔 I wish schools had a class about food and nutrition at every level until high school that get more and more scientific and technical as you get older. i'm sure kids would love a field trip to the grocery store. this is PSA material. thank you for doing this much needed work 🙌🏽

I also use your app which has definitely been an eye opener to me. Sadly with the cost of groceries I can't justify the price for what I know is better for me vs what I can afford. When you were by the mayo section I had recently scanned every brand on my store shelves. There were only two brands that fit were Bobby Approved. Unfortunately they were both close to $10 for a little 8 oz jar. Food manufactures have people over a barrel because most just cannot afford $10 for a little jar of mayo. It's very frustrating to say the least.

I wish companies like the ones that make the real balsamic would make commercials telling people exactly what you are saying. People might then be willing to spend the extra to buy the real thing. I would be willing to bet that most people have no idea about this.

It's probably prohibitively expensive and thus isn't marketed to the average population. Sort of like mannukah honey.

Vanilla/vanillan? Not only is the petroleum-derived item bad for your health, but the flavor is simply ugly. It is a one-note taste that provides a bit of flavor, but it has nowhere near the complexity of the natural vanilla. If you take a bit of time to train your tastebuds, the difference in experience is profound.

I love your app, I use it every time I grocery shop. I don't have a Costco and don't have many places to shop, so I send pictures of items a lot, and eventually, I get the yay or nay😁 Thank you!

When it comes to spray oils, just get your own air pump operated mister and put your own oil in. In the long run, it will prove cheaper. Since it just uses the air you pump in, there's no added chemicals

Costco removed their name from the pure vanilla because it doesn't meet their standards.

On the stevia part, I am surprised you did not mention it, but i will here.
Stevia on it's highly processed form allows for higher glycemic idex and a higher free radicals than stevia leaves dried out.
I highly advise just buying organic stevia leaves and strain them.
