This recipe is made in 5 minutes, no eggs or blenders. It is so easy to make and the leftover lasts 1 week in the refrigerator.
A sauce so rich and versatile that you can put it in salads, tacos, burritos or to accompany other vegetables, fish, meats, dips, even chips...
It adds a very special touch and is very tasty.
Ingredients:
2 medium garlic cloves, finely chopped
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon mustard
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce or Lea & Perrins
1 cup 240 g Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/2 cup 45 g grated Parmesan cheese
4 crushed anchovies
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Optional: 2 to 4 tablespoons of cream or milk cream or milk
Optional: salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation:
In a bowl mash well the anchovies and garlic with the sugar, lemon juice, mustard and Perrins or Worcestershire sauce.
Add the mayonnaise and combine well.
Add the grated Parmesan cheese powder and stir.
NOTE: If you want it more liquid add the heavy cream or cream or milk and stir.
Taste for salt and bell pepper. Rectify only if necessary.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Shelf life 1 week.
