That was me! Makes sense why I missed a moving bird at 20, I don’t feel so bad anymore! Hell of a 40 yard pattern though

Yeah, it would definitely be pretty tight at 20 yards

Now that is a winner for sure.

The Herter's stuff has always done well through everything, so I don't doubt you will see good results as well

HOLY MOLY 😮That’s SMOKING HOTT. I was NOT EXPECTING THAT AT ALL. I’d love to see you shoot that load at 50 - 60 yards , PLEASE 🙏…

We'll see, maybe we might try that at some point. It's definitely a very hot pattern for a 20ga though, that's for sure

My stoeger m3020 and 568 non-ported with herters shoots lights out at 45 yrds.

I don’t see anything wrong with that one. Do you have a Primos Jellyhead .560? I don’t know if you shot that one with a Herter’s. They shoot fine out of mine, but I get a little more leeway with the 560 in mine even though it is a tighter constriction than the 568 you just shot. I typically shoot the Apex 2 3/4 inch 9, and it patterns great with that 560.

I don't currently have a Jellyhead, but it's absolutely on the list of choke that I want to test hopefully sooner rather than later

How do u blame a miss on to tight of pattern? If your holding on the bird u don't miss.

I have missed a pretty easy shot before as well. Sometimes they move at the last second or you have to maneuver into an awkward position which can throw off your sight picture and you just wind up missing what should have been a pretty easy shot
