So many have been asking for it, so we decided to do it! Building on our popular 16' LAD model, we extended it by 4'. This may not sound like a lot, but in the tiny house world it's huge!

Love it, but would rearrange the kitchen, the fridge where the sink is and cooktop where the frige is and sink where the cooktop is, would make the space much larger and also you could put the washer combo under the sink. Love to watch tiny houses, not to buy them, cause I live in Puerto Rico.
Exactly. Fridge is not well located. Flow of home is dysfunctional due to placement of fridge and cooktop. Switch those. Open fridge and door probably hits the wall across from it. Definitely can’t walk past with door open.
I love this just as I thought I would. I am especially happy that the one you made a video of has the plywood rather than the lap-siding interior, this looks so good. Fits my style. One thing I'll comment on which others have mentioned. I am very glad that it doesn't have a 3 ft under-counter fridge, but this one does seem too large for the space. What about a 6 or 7 cubic ft fridge in the same spot, but perhaps mounted on a short cabinet to elevate it a bit? I don't think most that size are as deep as this one is either.
Sure, I mean we can install any fridge you like. Not a big deal. That's just the one we put in there. There are more narrow fridges that we've installed for customers as well. Easy to change if you want.

$43000 isn't in my budget. 😹 I couldn't live in this one. I'm fat so I would need a bit more space in that kitchen and bathroom. 🤷🏻♀️ It's a nice place for someone smaller, though. 👍🏻

I would move the kitchen and place a full bed instead. And the kitchen on the side as a galley kitchen. And the bathroom door would be in front. And the main door in the front instead of the side.

The fridge is WAY to big for the space! I would move washer/dryer combo to kitchen.
you a so right.......I dont see those fridge doors opening where they have placed the fridge. switch the washer and fridge locations on the next build. On this one you need to rotate/pivot the fridge . washer door would also have to open facing the entry door

@@tinyhouselistingsThe kid on UA-cam who built a tiny house for $6000.00 had single pane windows that don't open, no plywood sheathing under the house, a second hand trailer, no air conditioning, no hook ups for a washer and many other flaws. I watched the video. It was entertaining, but he didn't build a tiny house that a person could live in.
I’m familiar with that build! Very cool, but not a house, not certified, just a little bunk. Cool though!
