Necrotic Nick- Definitely a fan of it though I prefer some of the older albums a bit more. Wasted Years may be one of the catchiest singles they ever released and that’s my favorite Riggs cover by far.
SoT is my #1, as well. So many fast, heavy songs, loads of atmosphere, the subtle addition of keyboards expanded the Maiden sound, and thematically, the album works well throughout.

Yes!!! I've been waiting for this. Shredlord knows his shit. Learned a lot of little tidbits while watching this. Personaly my number one was Number just because that was my intro to Iron Maiden and I still have the cassette I got in '86.
Tommie, I love that you chose to mention To Tame a Land on Piece of Mind. One of my absolute favorite Maiden tracks. Fun fact: they wanted to call the song "Dune", but the author of the Dune book series the song is based on said no.
Nice video fellas, NotB, PoM& Powerslave are probably the best trio of metal albums ever produced ( let alone in consecutive order) Old Maiden can't be beat, My first and favorite metal band, looking forward to the next video.

With a two year delay I am coming to Shredlord's rescue: Seventh Son of the Seventh Son is a killer album - for me, the best Iron Maiden album; it is a masterpiece.
My top of maiden: 1) Powerslave 1) Brave New World 1) Senjutsu 1) Seventh Son of the Seventh Son 1) Somwhere in Time 6) Peace of Mind 7) The Number of the Beast 8) The Book of Souls 9) Killers 10) Fear of the Dark 11) A Matter of Live and Death 12) Dance of Death 13) The Final Frontier 14) The X Factor 15) The Iron Maiden 16) No Prayer For the Dying 17) Virtual Xl
I'm only recently getting into Iron Maiden, and so far my favorite has to be the self titled debut (I've listened up to Fear of the Dark), I like that the Paul Dianno albums have a more punk-ish vibe to them, and a heavier vocal presence than Bruce's. Bruce is more of an epic storyteller in my eyes, and his swooping choruses are sheer awesomeness. Not sure if this comparison works, but I'll compare Paul to Rob Halford, and Bruce to Ronnie James Dio. Wish I'd gotten into Maiden when I was younger haha, but they were always too "slow" for the hyper teenager I was lmao.
Solid ranking overall, but I have to agree with Shredlord, Seventh Son is a MASTERPIECE. Top 3 album from the Maiden catalogue for more for sure. As for No Prayer, it's got a lot of filler but a few brilliant tracks. I feel that, between No Prayer and Fear of the Dark, the band has ONE excellent album. Holy Smoke, Be Quick or Be Dead, Tailgunner, No Prayer for the Dying, Afraid to Shoot Strangers, Childhood's End, Bring your Daughter, Mother Russia and Fear of the Dark would make for an excellent album, without the rest which is mostly filler.
1. Piece of Mind 2. Number of the Beast 3. Powerslave 4. Somewhere in Time 5. Killers 6. Iron Maiden 7. Seventh Son 8. Chemical Wedding (oh wait) Some good moments on Brave New World and A Matter of Life and Death but sadly Iron Maiden jumped the shark in spectacular fashion after 89 ...But they had a spectacular run of deadly albums 80-89
Ok. Maiden is my first love in metal - as the debut was my intro to metal. Discovered it rifling thru my cousins vinyl crate. Seen them many times over the years LIVE. So fucking hard to rank though, as I can flip albums in spots on a given day/week. But I’ll summon the Beast & give it the college try: 1. The Number Of The Beast 2. Piece of Mind 3. Somewhere In Time 4. Powerslave 5. Iron Maiden 6. Brave New World 7. Killers 8. SSOASS 9. A Matter of Life and Death 10. Dance of Death 11. Fear of the Dark 12. No Prayer For the Dying 13. The Final Frontier 14. Book Of Souls 15. The X Factor 16. Virtual XI I did it going with my gut, the order I usually listen to them & my love for the albums as a WHOLE.🤘🏼
1/ Somewhere in time 2/ Piece of mind 3/ Powerslave 4/ The number of the beast 5/ 7th son of a 7th son 6/ Iron Maiden 7/ Killers 8/ No prayer for the dying
Love the comments. For me, it's: (FYI, I like them all) 1. Powerslave 2. The Number of the Beast 3. Piece of Mind 4. Somewhere in Time 5. Brave New World 6. Seventh Son of a Seventh Son 7. Killers 8. Fear of the Dark 9. Iron Maiden 10. Book of Souls 11. No Prayer for the Dying 12. The Final Frontier 13. A Matter of Life and Death 14. Dance of Death The Bayley albums are not included, because I just can't.
Top shelf albums: 1. Piece of mind 2. The number of the beast 3. Somewhere in time 4. Seventh son of a seventh son 5. Powerslave 6. Iron maiden 7. Killers 8. Fear of the dark 9. Brave new world
I go back and forth among Powerslave, Killers, and Piece of Mind as my #1. Those are my top 3, but it depends on my mood. I have Powerslave as my #1, Killers as my #2, and Piece of Mind as my #3, but Maiden couldn't do too much wrong from Killers to Somewhere in Time. All of them rule! Seventh Son of a Seventh, while not a bad album, was not the best album. The title track and Can I Play With Madness dragged the album down for me.
*Bad albums* 16. Virtual XI 15. The X Factor 14. The Final Frontier 13. Fear of the Dark 12. No Prayer for the dying *Don't care* 11. Dance of Death 10. A Matter of Life and Death 9. Brave New World 8. The Book of Souls *Good albums* 7. Seventh Son of a Seventh Son 6. Somewhere in Time *Great albums* 5. The Number of the Beast 4. Piece Of Mind 3. Iron Maiden 2. Powerslave *God tier albums* 1. Killers Used to be a big Maiden fan, don't really listen to them now at days but they have some truly awesome albums, unfortunately they also have a lot of albums that i don't care for.
8. Dance Of Death 7. Somewhere In Time (highlight: Dejá Vù) 6. Killers (highlight: Purgatory) 5. 7th Son of A 7th Son 4. Powerslave 3. Number Of The Beast 2. Piece Of Mind (almost perfect, up until track 7) 1. Iron Maiden (highlight: Prowler, Strange World, Phantom Of The Opera) (This is the only Maiden album where I don't skip a single track)
Edit: I've decided that I prefer Somewhere In Time to Killers. My new, updated list is: 8. Dance Of Death 7. Killers 6. Somewhere In Time 5. Powerslave 4. 7th Son Of A 7th Son 3. The Number Of The Beast 2. Piece Of Mind 1. Iron Maiden
1. Iron Maiden 2. Powerslave 3. Killers 4. Seventh Son of the Seventh Son 5. Number of the Beast 6. Senjutsu 7. Piece of Mind 8. A Matter of Life and Death 9. Dance of Death 10. Somewhere In Time 11. Fear of the Dark 12. The Final Frontier 13. No Prayer for the Dying 14. The X Factor 15. Book of Souls 16. Brave New World 17. Virtual XI
1-piece of mind 2-powerslave 3-7th son 4-# of the beast 5-Iron Maiden 6-AMOLAD 7-Somwhere in time 8-killers 9-Brave new world 10-Fear of the Dark 11-Book of souls 12-Dance of Death 13-No Prayer for the Dying 14-Final Frontier 15-X factor 16-virtual 11 But 1 thru 4 can be interchangeable. That's just how I see it. I put # of the beast at 4 because Invaders and gangland are terrible. It's the only time I hit the fast forward button in 7 albums, except can I play with madness.
For me its 1. Somewhere in Time 2. Seventh Son of a Seventh Son 3. Powerslave 4. The Number of The Beast 5. Brave New World 6. Piece of Mind 7. Fear of the Dark 8. No Prayer for the Dying 9. Killers 10. The X Factor 11. Dance of Death 12. Iron Maiden 13. A Matter of Life and Death 14. The Book of Souls 15. Virtual XI 16. The Final Frontier
I agree about Seventh Son, it is my favorite Iron Maiden album. Has been for years, and I just don't see that changing. I love prog and it sounds like Rush crossed with Maiden, but heavier and more up tempo. Great album. Powerslave is second! I liked The Book of Souls, but I am not digging their latest, Senjutsu. That is strange, but nothing at all stands out on the album. I need to re-listen, but I just don't dig it. Most epic Maiden song is Empire of the Clouds for me and yes I love the epic ones they had in the 80's, but that song is crazy because it is Iron Maiden doing something different.
Shredlord my brother I love seventh son as well it is my number One Iron maiden album alwasy have been always will be ,yes including can i play with madness.
im not really a fan but i like listening to fear of the dark album. I just couldnt get into them except some songs are really good like hallowed be thy name.
Another great video. Here's my rank: 17) Fear Of The Dark - Apart from the great opener, closer and Afraid To Shoot Strangers the rest of this album is nothing but a couple of ok songs (Childhoods End, Judas Be My Guide), fillers and a handful of Maiden-trying-to -play-radio-friendly-hair-metal-turds like the awful Fear Is The key, Wasting Love, From Here To Eternity or Weekend Warrior. The great quality of the first three songs I named deserved better company than this non-Maiden trash. 16) Virtual XI - Dull and uninspired, with Blaze's vocals taking a step back from its predecessor. Hey... at least it sounds like Maiden (although absolutely dull at times). The Clansman and Futureal are really cool tunes. The Educated Fool is ok too. Angel And The Gambler sucks big time. Boring...Next! 15) Brave New world - Great ideas on this one as well as some great tracks (Wicker Man, Blood Brothers, Out Of The Silent Planet, The Thin Line) but some tracks simply look like a collage of parts that don't belong together while some parts suffer once again from useless passage repetition. It was still a good way to bring the boys back together. 14) No Prayer For The Dying - Cool stripped down album with two rockers that I think sound odd here (I really like Holy Smoke though... I think it just doesn't belong here... Hooks in You is crap). and a handful of great tunes (Tailgunner, Bring Your Daughter, Fates Warning, Run Silent Run Deep). Great listening but lacks some epic flavor. 13) The Book Of Souls - Daring album featuring some new features from the guys (namely its duration and their first steps in the rock opera business with Empire Of The Clouds). A bit "patch work like" at times (yet nothing compared with Brave New World) this record presents us some stand out material like its opener, The Red And The Black or the absolutely gorgeous title track. 40 years deep in their careers and managing to deliver something like this is reserved for a handful of bands. 12) The Final Frontier - The best thing I can say about this record is that I don't dislike a single song. Really varied material from energizing stuff like The Alchemist or The Final Frontier to gorgeous )epics like The Talisman, Isle of Avalon or the beautiful closer. Press play and let it play till the end. 11) Senjutsu - Lots of epic songs, typical Maiden mingled with some new ideas. Not a single stinker here and although featuring some of the most recent albums' less good aspects (guitar mimicking the vocals, too many repetitions and some melody recycling) overall this is an impressive body of work regarding the longevity of the band. Hell On Earth, Stratego and The Writing On The Wall? Top notch tunes. 10) Dance Of Death - Although containing some fillers the high points of this record are simply abusive! Montsegur is a beast, The orchestrations of Face In The Sand are out of this world while songs like No More Lies and Paschendale are great Maiden epic stuff. And it still has room for two typical single-like maiden in the first two songs. Great record overall. 09) The Number Of The Beast - Many people think this is Maiden's finest hour but I find it to be the least great album from their golden age period. Nevertheless anthems like the title track, Run To The Hills, 22 Acacia Avenue or the epic closer are pivotal regarding the history of rock music. Yet an amazing song like Invaders deserved a better chorus than the awful one it got and the stinker Gangland should have never been released here. Other than that this is as classic as classic can be. 08) Iron Maiden - Perhaps one of the greatest debut albums ever made, the raw energy of songs such as Prowler, exceptional song writing nuances in Remember Tomorrow or the masterpiece that is Phantom Of The Opera make this record a mandatory feature in your record collection. Amazing. 07) The X Factor - One of the most underrated records in metal. I can understand some people don't get along with Blaze's voice but composition like the songs featured in this album brought Maiden back from the pop metal slime pit that was the majority of Fear Of The Dark with a grim twist to it. Want sheer aggression? Here's Man On The Edge. Strong mid paced songs? Lord Of The Flies, Look For The Truth or The Aftermath. Epic stuff? Try Fortunes of War, Edge of Darkness or one of Maiden's best compositions ever: Sign Of The Cross. Was this album recorded with Bruce's voice it would be a strong contender for the podium. Don't believe me? Just check the 3 X Factor songs recorded live with mr. Dickinson's voice. Hell of an album. 06) A Matter of Life And Death - 30 years deep on a band's existence and coming out with a record as good as this is close to unheard of. Hugely dark once again and filled with prog like structures cemented in epic scaled tunes this is a non stop journey through gems such as These Colors Don't Run, 1000 Suns, Benjamin Breeg till it unfolds in two gargantuan tracks (both in size and quality) in the form of For The Greater Good Of God and The Legacy. When your least good track is a pick between great songs like the opener, The Pilgrim and Out Of The Shadows I think everything is said: Off the charts material! 05) Killers - The first LP I bought from the band back in 1988. If their debut was out of the charts this was an upgrade. Even more aggressive and brilliantly crafted songs like Murders in the Rue Morgue, Genghis Khan or Killers feature a sort of energy the band never managed to top during the rest of the their career. Simply unique. 04) Piece Of Mind - Lets put it simple: amazing stuff. From the epic tones of Where Eagles Dare, Revelations and To Tame A Land to the flawless anthemic singles The Trooper and Flight Of Icarus passing through true gems like Still Life this is Maiden entering the peak of their form. To stress it even more this record is so awesome that even a piss poor song like Quest For Fire gets unnoticed such is the volume of excellence in their peers. 03) Seventh Son Of A Seventh Son - Amazing conceptual album tight as nails while the band experimented a bit outside their safe zone regarding instruments as well (with the preeminent inclusion of keyboards). Seventh Son is absurdly good. a dramatic to the top album that breeds 5(!) legit singles is something unique. From the opening notes of Moonchild to the same notes that are used to close Only The Good Die Young there's nothing but top notch song in this monument. 02) Powerslave - Perhaps this is Maiden's finest hour (I'll explain later why it isn't my number one) and it's easy to understand why: Not a single song ranks below great for a start and the standouts here rank EASILY on my top 10 Maiden songs ever, with Aces High and Rime Of The Ancient Mariner being my number 1 songs in exequo (with the title track coming close behind). Powerslave is flawless and listening to these songs played live in Live After Death catapults them even higher to absurd latitudes. 01) Somewhere In Time: This was the album that brought Maiden to my life. After seeing the Wasted Years video clip on TV when I was 11 little I knew almost 34 years after I would be here writing these lines of praise left alone listening to the album with the same enthusiasm I had back when I was a lad. More than the huge leap regarding production and ambiance with the inclusion of synths, more than the absence of a single lackluster of a note, SIT is a real time machine that brings me back to the thrill I had as a boy while listening to masterpieces such as Loneliness Of The Long Distance Runner, Heaven Can Wait or Caught Somewhere In Time. It is the only record in Maiden's collection that does that in such a vivid way and that's why it's my number 1.
There is absolutely no similarity in Dave's and Janicks playing whatsoever. Both improvise in a live setting but stylistically couldn't be any more different.
Might get some shit but I fully agree with Jon on Seventh Son. The worst thing about the album to me is actually the drum sound, absolute dogshit. The Clairvoyant is the best song on the album!
I love you guys but you're fucking wrong. 7th Son is an epic slab of Maiden at their classic song writing best. The synths in SiT kinda get too upfront at times, for me anyway, in 7th Son they blend and compliment the music more. As for Bring Your Daughter, say what you will but its Maidens biggest selling single over her in the UK. Their only number 1 in their homeland. That said, Bruce's original for one of the Nightmare on Elm Street movies is even better, more atmospheric IMO
Not really a massive fan of Maiden to be honest, as I find they have a helluvalot of filler. The ones I do like though, I like a LOT. 1 Piece Of Mind 2 Seventh Son Of A Seventh Son 3 Fear Of The Dark 4 Brave New World 5 Somewhere In Time And that's pretty much it.
I don't like Seventh Son. I've never dug Gers being in the band, his stage presence blows ass. No Prayer blows ass. To me Adrian Smith might be the most important member outside of Steve Harris. Blaze era sucks, X-factor much better than Virtual XI though. Unfortunately they've mostly bored me post Somewhere in time, other than Fear of the Dark. Bruce II I like some of Brave New World and AMOLAD, not much else. My Top 5: 5. Powerslave 4. Number of the Beast 3. Killers 2. Somewhere In Time 1. Piece of Mind
@@AgentBeans I like a couple BNW songs and a couple AMOLAD songs, but for the most part, Prog Maiden bores the shit outta me. Chemical Wedding is the last best Maiden record(Bruce and Adrian, close enough).
Chris Jericho did a podcast with Lizzy Borden. They put Powerslave vs TNOTB against each other track for track. Meaning, they literally matched track 1 against track 1, track 2 against track 2, etc. they ALL agreed, that TNOTB is the stronger album. Assuming these are the 2 albums most fans choose as 1/2. And if you listened to them analyze it? It was hard to argue the outcome. 🤘🏼💯
Seventh Son is my fave. Ive always been fascinated by the storytelling prowess here. A firm handshake from Brazil.
A gente tá em todo lugar
Somewhere In Time is my number 1. I think it's very underrated.

@Keanu Dawson i really appreciate your reply. I got to the site through google and im trying it out now.
Seems to take a while so I will reply here later with my results.
I am a diehard Paul Di’anno Iron Maiden fan, and Rime of the Ancient Mariner is one of the most epic metal songs of all time.
Yes!!! I've been waiting for this. Shredlord knows his shit. Learned a lot of little tidbits while watching this. Personaly my number one was Number just because that was my intro to Iron Maiden and I still have the cassette I got in '86.
Necrotic Nick- Hard not to love Number of the Beast. There's so many classic on that one. Those early Maiden albums are classic for a reason.
Thralls Of Metal now dont get me wrong. The later stuff has killer tracks but those early releases are unbeatable
Tommie, I love that you chose to mention To Tame a Land on Piece of Mind. One of my absolute favorite Maiden tracks. Fun fact: they wanted to call the song "Dune", but the author of the Dune book series the song is based on said no.
It’s a perfect song!
Somewhere in Time, the best metal album in the world. Cover, vocals by Bruce, best solos, best choruses, unbeatable sound.
Nice video fellas, NotB, PoM& Powerslave are probably the best trio of metal albums ever produced ( let alone in consecutive order) Old Maiden can't be beat, My first and favorite metal band, looking forward to the next video.
Necrotic Nick- Agreed. I still dig the shit out of Killers. It holds a special place in my heart since it was the first Maiden album I ever picked up.

With a two year delay I am coming to Shredlord's rescue: Seventh Son of the Seventh Son is a killer album - for me, the best Iron Maiden album; it is a masterpiece.

Seventh son is my favourite iron maiden album, love the story line of it and the artwork rules
Hehe playing judas priest while ranking iron maiden
Necrotic Nick- Seemed pretty appropriate. lol
1. Piece of Mind
2. Number of the Beast
3. Powerslave
4. Somewhere in Time
5. Killers
6. Iron Maiden
7. Seventh Son
8. Chemical Wedding (oh wait)
Some good moments on Brave New World and A Matter of Life and Death but sadly Iron Maiden jumped the shark in spectacular fashion after 89 ...But they had a spectacular run of deadly albums 80-89
I think AMOLAD and Brave New World belong in the same realm as the classics
AMOLAD absolutely does. And “Nomad” and “Ghost of the Navigator” are right there with the best of their 80s work.
Ok. Maiden is my first love in metal - as the debut was my intro to metal. Discovered it rifling thru my cousins vinyl crate. Seen them many times over the years LIVE. So fucking hard to rank though, as I can flip albums in spots on a given day/week. But I’ll summon the Beast & give it the college try:
1. The Number Of The Beast
2. Piece of Mind
3. Somewhere In Time
4. Powerslave
5. Iron Maiden
6. Brave New World
7. Killers
8. SSOASS
9. A Matter of Life and Death
10. Dance of Death
11. Fear of the Dark
12. No Prayer For the Dying
13. The Final Frontier
14. Book Of Souls

16. Virtual XI
I did it going with my gut, the order I usually listen to them & my love for the albums as a WHOLE.🤘🏼

Seventh Son is a bad ass fucking record
Seventh Son was my #2. The title track is my all time favorite
Shredlord I agree, Seventh son is bad ass!
3rd on my ranking
Ilove number of the beast it rocks
Number of the beast is one of those songs that make hairs on the neck stand up.

1. Killers
Used to be a big Maiden fan, don't really listen to them now at days but they have some truly awesome albums, unfortunately they also have a lot of albums that i don't care for.
Seventh son is a killer album !!! Can't name a best maiden album but Powerslave structure is pretty solid
8. Dance Of Death
7. Somewhere In Time (highlight: Dejá Vù)
6. Killers (highlight: Purgatory)
5. 7th Son of A 7th Son
4. Powerslave
3. Number Of The Beast
2. Piece Of Mind (almost perfect, up until track 7)
1. Iron Maiden (highlight: Prowler, Strange World, Phantom Of The Opera) (This is the only Maiden album where I don't skip a single track)
Glad to see the love for “Purgatory”. It’s a masterpiece!!
Edit: I've decided that I prefer Somewhere In Time to Killers. My new, updated list is:
8. Dance Of Death
7. Killers
6. Somewhere In Time
5. Powerslave
4. 7th Son Of A 7th Son
3. The Number Of The Beast
2. Piece Of Mind
1. Iron Maiden
The Synth on Somewhere In Time was all guitar synth not keyboard like Seventh Son
I love Seventh Son!! 🤘🤘but I have to disagree on No Prayer for the Dying, I love that album too.
First five albums are essential [the heavy metal years] 10/10.
Next two were more melodic and had a lighter sound 7/10.
.......downhill from there.
1. Iron Maiden
2. Powerslave
3. Killers
4. Seventh Son of the Seventh Son
5. Number of the Beast
6. Senjutsu
7. Piece of Mind
8. A Matter of Life and Death
9. Dance of Death
10. Somewhere In Time
11. Fear of the Dark
12. The Final Frontier
13. No Prayer for the Dying
14. The X Factor
15. Book of Souls
16. Brave New World
17. Virtual XI
1-piece of mind
2-powerslave
3-7th son
4-# of the beast
5-Iron Maiden
6-AMOLAD

8-killers
9-Brave new world
10-Fear of the Dark
11-Book of souls
12-Dance of Death
13-No Prayer for the Dying
14-Final Frontier
15-X factor
16-virtual 11
But 1 thru 4 can be interchangeable. That's just how I see it. I put # of the beast at 4 because Invaders and gangland are terrible. It's the only time I hit the fast forward button in 7 albums, except can I play with madness.
Number of the beast and Powerslave are my faves
Maiden Rules!!!
Seventh son is my #1 easily
For me its
1. Somewhere in Time
2. Seventh Son of a Seventh Son
3. Powerslave
4. The Number of The Beast
5. Brave New World
6. Piece of Mind
7. Fear of the Dark
8. No Prayer for the Dying
9. Killers
10. The X Factor
11. Dance of Death
12. Iron Maiden
13. A Matter of Life and Death
14. The Book of Souls
15. Virtual XI
16. The Final Frontier
There's no album called Empire Of The Clouds.
@@f.g.e.2976 I fixed it.
7th son is currently my favorite
Seventh Son is Freaking Awesome!!!!!!
Funny Fact!? That i like Bruce Dickinson solo lp in vinyl. More than Iron Maiden albums. Chemical Wedding album is my favorite. Cheers guys!.
Shredlord my brother I love seventh son as well it is my number One Iron maiden album alwasy have been always will be ,yes including can i play with madness.
If Numbers was a report card, it would have 3 As, 1 B, 1 D, and 3 Fs. How is that a near perfect album?
Seventh son is #1. Monstrous album
im not really a fan but i like listening to fear of the dark album. I just couldnt get into them except some songs are really good like hallowed be thy name.
You guys should do a judas priest album ranking
Another great video. Here's my rank:
17) Fear Of The Dark - Apart from the great opener, closer and Afraid To Shoot Strangers the rest of this album is nothing but a couple of ok songs (Childhoods End, Judas Be My Guide), fillers and a handful of Maiden-trying-to -play-radio-friendly-hair-metal-turds like the awful Fear Is The key, Wasting Love, From Here To Eternity or Weekend Warrior.
The group is now a 6 piece with janick gers as the 3rd guitairst
To have any album ranked lower than the Blaze Bayley an Album‘s is incorrect.
Somewhere in time is the best.. And if you don’t know now you know.
Powerslave > Number of the Beast > Seventh Son > Paul Di'Anno albums > Piece of Mind > The rest. This is objective truth.
"FEAR OF THE DARK"
There is absolutely no similarity in Dave's and Janicks playing whatsoever. Both improvise in a live setting but stylistically couldn't be any more different.
razorfist would be very angry with this video
Seventh Son title track is a 10/10 wtf are those other two talking about 😮
Nico McBrain came fro the French band Trust.
Not really a massive fan of Maiden to be honest, as I find they have a helluvalot of filler.
The ones I do like though, I like a LOT.
1 Piece Of Mind
2 Seventh Son Of A Seventh Son
3 Fear Of The Dark
4 Brave New World
5 Somewhere In Time
And that's pretty much it.
My Top 5:
5. Powerslave
4. Number of the Beast
3. Killers
2. Somewhere In Time
1. Piece of Mind
@@AgentBeans I like a couple BNW songs and a couple AMOLAD songs, but for the most part, Prog Maiden bores the shit outta me. Chemical Wedding is the last best Maiden record(Bruce and Adrian, close enough).
I agreed with everything up untill your top 5, but it's impossible to find 2 people with the same Iron Maiden top 5.
Number is number 1 easy
You guys are too wide for that room.
The first 5 albums were great. After that, not so much.
Correct.
Agree
Beast IS the maiden album. You can argue subjectively they had a better album but you can't argue it objectively
Well it definitely has Maiden's best song(s) on it.
I’d rather listen to Virtual XI rather than Seventh Son
😧
