- The energy is on high blast with this rhythm ride!!!! This indoor cycling class is filled with variety and fun as we burn through hills, sprints, jogs, and THE JOURNEY!!!! We build cardio endurance and strength with this 45 minute plus cycling workout!
This was a previous LIVE RIDE from our SATURDAY SWEAT SESSION SERIES!! If you want to join us LIVE, we meet every Saturday! It is such an amazing time with motivation, fun people, and a super sweaty bike ride! These LIVE RIDES are all real, so things do get a little crazy!

If you are doing a Spin class on a stationary bike or exercise bike instead of a spin bike and prefer to stay in the saddle, DO THIS:
2nd position: increase your speed! Try anywhere between 5-15 RPMs.
3rd position: increase your resistance and try and keep the same cadence.

Great ride today! I’m so proud of myself. I have been riding with you consistently since last year. I can now finish the 60 minute rides… yay! It’s a workout for sure and some days a struggle but I keep going. I really look forward to the live rides. Not bad for 60 years old 😁 Thank you for your motivation and support. I’m learning it’s all mental for the longer sessions. If I go in thinking I can quit anytime, it’s my workout, it’s weirdly easier. I’ll get to 20 and think I can go little longer. Get to 30, I can go longer, get to 45 etc. Thanks K and J!

Hi Kaleigh, awesome ride, sweated up a storm 🥵💦🥵💦. Been struggling a bit lately as my spin bike has been playing up - the resistance/tension pad keeps dropping so it’s increasing the resistance while I’m riding and it’s physically pushing my limits 🤦♀️🤷♀️🔥 Stats: Average HR - 158, Max HR - 174 and Calories - 426. I did your 20 min Hot and Heavy class on Sunday.. Wowza
