Sorry to be so off topic but does anyone know a way to get back into an Instagram account? I was stupid lost the account password. I love any tips you can give me!
THIS WAS FANTASTIC!!! I’ve had such a hard time wrapping my head around understanding these movements. THANK YOU for making this video! I take my MBLEx (massage) exam tomorrow AM! 👊🏽
This video is incredible, I was struggling for a while to understand PLANES - mostly because English is my second language, and it became clear immediately after watching this video for the first time! Thank you!
You know why I love this video and UA-cam, you got a question about literally anything you can probably just look it up and see a visual representation of what you wanna know. Now you could have just googled it but those are words that may be confusing or too much to read. These videos are straight to the point and and now I have a visual memory of what all this means
THIS WAS AWESOME!!!! ESPECIALLY HOW YOU ADDED THAT IMAGINARY MIRRORS TO EXPLAIN, I SAW IT SO CLEARLY. THIS WAS THE BEST VIDEO EXPLANATION. THANK YOU🙏🏿👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾❤️❤️ I am currently studying for NASM certified, and I couldn't understand this chp but became of your video, I got it! Thank you 😊
Body llanes was extremy difficult for me to digest even more than understanding action of left right heart and some other more difficult concelts but u made it extremely simple with demonstration. Thank u
Thank you very much for this detailed explanation. I was having trouble with understanding such a simple concept, it often confused me with the others.
Thanks for the video. It was very useful. This point isn't meant to be rude, offensive, or mean, but maybe you have or haven't noticed that she has some imbalance in her shoulders? The left shoulder is significantly elevated. Anyway, I would want someone to point it out about me, so again, I hope this isn't taken with offense.
I heard this video Was 4:16secs long An i was told by another person that does daily workouts she does four hundred an sixteen push ups , all hands [ down ] this is a wonderful video
How about a vertical movement, like a vertical Jump. Your not moving side to side, so it's not frontal, your not twisting or rotating so not Transverse, and your not moving forward or back so it's not sagittal. What plane would that be?
Ugh, this vid is great, but I so overcomplicate things. Like, a lunge is on the sagittal plane, but since you lower the body, isn't it also on the frontal?
Any movement in which you go front or backwards comes in the sagital plane. So when doing a lunge, you are moving in front and coming backwards. Hence sagital plane movement. If you are moving any part of the body sideways, it comes in frontal plane. That is why lunge is not a frontal plane movement. Hope this helps and if I am wrong please correct. Good day 😊
This is such a frustrating concept! Somebody help! So, we shouldn't distinguish the planes by specific movements? Since technically they all have those movements? Like sagittal plane has back and forth flexion, but frontal has side to side flexion... What about the rotation of the wrists? Is it just the transverse? Ughh 😫
Good luck in your exams everyone.
Lol
Lol
HAHAHAH HOW DID YOU KNOW
@@miakawasaki6971 why else would you be watching this
