Sagittal plane divide body into sides Midsagittal divide body into equal right and left side. Midline - vertical line passing from the middle of body Sagittal plane is two types 1 mid saggital 2 para saggital
The sagittal plane will always split the body into right and left halves. Midsagittal means cut right down the middle yielding EQUAL right and left halves. Whereas parasagittal will still give right and left halves but they won’t be equal. Hope this helps.

Hello, I always get confused on the difference between the midline and sagittal plane.
They are basically the same midline is just not a plane it's a description.
Hy dear segital plane is just a plane which divide the body into left and right equally
Midline or median is a plane I'm which body divided in to two equal right and left halves
And sagittal plane is paralle to the midline
