Feel soo bad for Theo, he’s such a fantastic guy. Doesn’t deserve the grief and pain he’s experiencing.
The worst thing about a breakup after a seriously long relationship, is feeling like the other person is dead, this person you built years with is now just walking around without you living their own life, yet it feels like they’ve passed away but you hear about them and know they’re around, it’s really heart wrenching for a long period of time to be quite honest but I can tell you now that you will be fine mate, time heals the wound but it doesn’t heal the scar, you will be fine nonetheless, remember that.
Character building… at least it happened sooner rather than later because you wouldn’t want to get to 40 with kids and then it happen. You think you won’t get through it but you will.

It`s easy for all of you, and especially Theo, to think that talking about "depressing/deep stuff" with relationships is a bad thing and "boring" or whatever. But it is very helpful for people that can relate and it was actually a highlight of the podcast personally. I would even say this is one of my favorite episodes.

This Podcast is honestly too elite, outdo yourself every week with just the chilled out banter vibes
I was in the same position as Theo, last year and no lie this podcast helped me out of life for a hour! Then I’d jump to more videos to keep my mind from wandering. Took me a few month but eventually got over it and now I can look at the relationship and think I’m glad I’m not still there, guess I grew as a person and creating better videos

This is why I love wafflin as the guys talk about men’s mental health and how men can realistically feel sad and depressed during a breakup when society expects them to be strong. We need more platforms like this talking about issues in society that relate to men and I love how real the guys on here are about such issues.

Theo man, kudos for being so open and honest with the experience. Seven years of spending your life with someone is a long time; that’s almost a decade of moulding your life and your personality with one person, so for that to just vanish is always gonna be tough. I’m six years deep in my relationship and the thought of that just not being there one day really terrifies me, I know I would seriously fucking struggle, but I also worry it’s ultimately inevitable

Been watching this podcast since the beginning! They keep getting better and it’s nice to hear genuine feels, keep up Theo you’ll be better over time! Times a healer :)
I've always found that putting all my time and effort into something else I do, be it music or sport or work etc., always helps me to move on. It keeps you busy and all of the serotonin hits you get from being in a relationship are the same as mastering a new skill or developing a pre-existing skill. Love the pod lads, keep it up
I never comment on anything, but I have to just send you some love Theo. I am probably older than most viewers (at 29?). Anyway, i jsut wanna say that love is amazing, but sometimes hurtful. One thing that is consistent however is that u seem like a fantastic person. Nothing will ever change that. Keep being ur amazing you and things will eventuelly turn bright again. Fight on brother!
