Hey Jessie, thanks for bringing me over to this video from your comment to my comment! It's sad though really, I've been in Az since 93 (7 years old) and watching this, seeing all the "History Disappear" all around us here in the Valley is sad! I'm gonna guess and say you've been here awhile too now and have seen all the changes. Anyways thank you for all your videos, you have a new subscriber now :) *There are a few places only accessible by, Horse, ATV, foot and they have some cool shut down mines, old cattle ranches out here in the East Valley, not much traffic out that way :)
Hey thanks!!! Appreciate it! I've only been in az since about 2018 but I've seen dozens and dozens of old buildings, tourist attractions....you name it. Some have been torn down since I last explored them, and I do plan on uploading more before and after videos just like the casa grande domes. The way I look at it,....Someone next week might drive down the road that the domes were on and they wouldn't have the slightest clue they ever existed. Even though they were never finished, it was still a pretty iconic location for the locals and anyone else that was able to see them.......Gotta document history. And thank you for the recommendation! Always looking for new places to explore!!
I was a Deputy in Pinal County in the mid-80's, I remember stopping and talking to the sales people when they were renting these out. I have been a big fan of monolithic domes ever since, would love to have one for a home. Sad to see them go but I understand they have become a hazard.
Any plan to build anything there? I used to live in Arizona city and pass by daily, not exactly a prime location for anything, I dunno possibly another Amazon warehouse 🤣
according to " 12 News" there is no known plans.....up to the property owner, but I agree with you, not a prime location at all. Heck the Abandoned PhoenixMart trade center was put up not too far from here and that still sits in the desert.....no plans for that either

I've remembered watching the ghost adventures crew investigated the domes.
Excellent, Jessie. Capture the point in history, however localized it may be.
Thank you!
Very cool video!!
They were crumbling' Even though there were "No Trespassing" signs the owner of the land could be liable for anyone getting hurt.
Yeah a piece of the dome fell while I was in one!
Class video. 😃❤️👍
Thank you 🙏
Wait,; ok, great footage, but backstory...? Why were they built and why spend the money to obliterate them?!
You should do drone shots over fiesta mall in mesa 🙌🏻
Not a bad idea....do you know if they are tearing it down?
To tell the truth I am glad these things are finally gone
Jeez I wanted to go see them. Great video though.
right! its a huge bummer. I've been out there a few times but I always wanted to back and shoot more video there
Shame they tore them down, they were a haunted icon!
Right! I always wanted to go back there just one more time

@@jessiesdroneadventures7464 like a said before about that other spot, prime rave location, bring a huge festival over there, that would be awesome
Honestly for the best.
I hate to agree...........but I agree
@@jessiesdroneadventures7464 it will remain in hearts & minds.
@@daviscampbell9020 Absolutely!!!
What were they? Houses?
It was suppose to be factory for manufacturing computer parts. The buildings were in the shape of domes
@@jessiesdroneadventures7464 very unique structures.
@@dawnr9158 right! I was pretty bummed when they tore them down
