Great little guitar and that sound- heavenly! Too bad the new ones don't sound like this one. Cheers!

Looks like it also had the urns truss rod gearbox behind the neck olate the 1960 Sonic had a setneck and no tuss rod.

How does the size of this guitar compare to a Stratocaster? Is the neck much smaller?

It has a very slim 60s type neck and is slightly smaller than a Strat. My Strat is upon for sale at the moment so I can't do a direct comparison, but it is definitely a smaller, lighter guitar.

Which guitar pedal did you use in the begining of this video clip? Sounds amazing!

It was an Effectrode Tube-Vibe, I think the best sounding replica of a uni-vibe

@@offbeatinstruments if you happen to have a link to this pedal would be highly appreciated! Blown away by the sound. I guess it’s the guitar and the pedal - comb

    I love this one 🙂🙂🙂
Interestingly it looks like all these Japanese-made guitars made by Teisco Del Rey and other brands, I own a few of these...
As a guitar player and collector I'd love to find that Burns...
Plus, it would look good along with my other Burns both vintage and reissues...
Fender scale length is usually 25.50" and Gibson is usually 24.75"...Great video...
    Very well-made...
    Great video...

I did have it up for sale on Reverb a while back as I was focusing more on 70's guitars, but it was only half-hearted, I wasn't really that worried about it selling. I had previously sold a 1950's Supro and the buyer immediately tried to flip it for twice the price after telling me it wasn't worth much. I guess I shouldn't be bothered about that really, it's business after all, but I wanted someone to cherish it.

You're perfectly right about that... Especially if you're selling a vintage guitar or something you really liked...
