I Feel like you all are saying the same thing it’s just different time frames. I agree with him when they’re dating It’s nice to know that a man is showing you that he’s willing to take care of you. When you’re married I believe a woman should stay prepared like she said in case the man falls on hardship. Also if they’re married and they agree to split the bills that’s fine just whatever works best. But during the dating phase, it’s nice to see a young man putting his best foot forward. If a woman is wise, she will reciprocate once in a while to show appreciation. Great show guys.❤
I agree 100% with George on this one. I teach my daughters to expect the person taking them out on dates to pay. If she has to pay then she shouldn't go.
Further more, once you get married you become one with your spouse, the expenses should be coming from the joint account the same with income going to the joint account. So there is no tracking on who is paying for what.

The fact that one person pays for everything can bring convenience and comfort to the other person, showing care and concern.

Both people should discuss and agree on how to manage their finances in a way that feels comfortable and fair to both of them.
Some costs may be shared equally, others may be prorated, or one person may pay them outright.
