I was introduced to Switchfoot in middle school (LOVED this song... still sing it to this day). My 2 middle school aged daughters listen to Switchfoot (the newer stuff) and they were surprised to see them so young. All my middle school/high school bands are now their jams... what a wonderful legacy! 😊
Back when Jon had to play all the lead and rhythm guitar parts lol. Humble beginnings. Bet they don't even know these songs anymore. They literally have a whole library of songs now
Had a nice chill moment with my 12-year-old self as we sat quietly and listened to this. I had balancing tears on my eyes - from all the memories; and he just had a huge smile on his face - still with the innocence of childhood. Me, knowing all too well what the future holds.
Oh, early Switchfoot. How precious.
"I don't wanna write the book; I'll make the movie." I guess they really did with Fading West!
This is literally the most 90's music video I have ever seen
they were a great band from day 1. crazy talented, new way to be human is an amazing album especially considering how young they were.
These guys were and still are some of the greatest.
Chem 6A, my favourite Switchfoot song of the 1st album. I didn't know there was a video for this song, till this morning....
Listening to this while procrastinating my Chem6A homework aha.
This is a classic! Love the hair and the clothing. LOL 😂😂😂😂😂 you gotta love Switchfoot!
This is so 90s
It's wonderful to hear switchfoot maturing over the years while keeping their original sound and charm

This is the best pop/rock song that ever existed.
I hadn't thought about this song for years, when it just popped into my brain today. Makes me miss the 90s and my teen years.
