What caused me to be fat when I was younger? Lack of physical activity: when I was young, I got a PC in the 2nd grade, never went outside, nor hung out with the kids in the neighborhood. As the youngest child, I usually got whatever I wanted. Lack of attention from parents at a young age caused me to become anti-social, causing social anxiety, and this sparked many more problems. I was a shy, lonely kid who went to a different class throughout the day because I was mentally and verbally slow. Being this shy and lonely kid in my earlier years of life caused me to have "depression," which caused me to have a negative mind and thoughts of suicide. I am 17 years old now, and I am the happiest I have ever been in my life. One thing I changed was going outside in the sun with nature, exploring, and walking everywhere I went. The sun is better than any anti-depressant out there.

I've lost 22 kg, am actively involved in the gym, have read five books (with more to come), and have achieved significant financial success. I just wanted to share my journey from being a drug addict to becoming a man with values. Maybe I can inspire someone here in the comments. And big Thanks to guys Like Hamza.

every time i’m going off track i go and watch your vids and pull an all nighter and workout at 6 am , i find i get lazy with my sleep schedule and my workout consistency every 6 months or so but you trust motivate and inspire me
The teaching fitness guys finance with the athlete mindset actually really struck home with me. I've been training at home for 3 years and started powerlifting in the gym for 2 years now, but never thought of myself as hardworking due to my lack of financial strength. I've also never thought about the similarities between business and fitness, and how I can utilize said similarities to improve the part of my life I find lacking. This video actually made me realize that I am in fact an athlete, just one that hasn't sorted out his financial situation yet. But I've done this before, my physique, my level of strength, my determination and grit in the gym are a testament to that. Really, what's stopping me from applying these things that I've built up to business? The answer is nothing! Thank you for the enlightenment Hamza, I believe these type of guides will help people just as much as they've helped me, if not more!
Hamza you have changed my life a lot. I don't have enough time to cover my story. But the greatest realisation you helped me make was that taking care of your health is the greatest thing any human being can do. It gives confidence, pride in oneself, a feeling of achievement, makes you feel powerful and actually useful. Plus it puts you above 90% of the people on this planet. One thing I also like is that is makes my clothes fit better, more room in the belly region and the arms are tighter due to bigger biceps.
Hi Hamza, I've been listening for you for years now. God bless you, I had lost hope that men like you really existed in this world now. I personally feel like I myself can make a difference in this world. I may have not currently accomplished a lot but I will one day become great and you will always be in my good books.

I started working out during Covid just before I started 7th grade. I was fat and I started doing calisthenics in my room and biking around my neighborhood daily. Eventually I got really skinny and I knew that I needed to get more muscle. I started hitting the gym consistently and saw pretty good gains but not enough. I found Hamza the summer before I became a freshman in high school. I started implementing his words and saw gains both mentally and physically. Tried cutting but still didnt have any muscle to reveal. 2022 April i did the first bulk of my life, but i just ended up getting fat without packing on good quality muscle, it kind of gives me a good laugh, lol. 2022 winter i went complete ruthless keto for 8 weeks and i actually saw good progress. I was not exactly skinny fat, but kind of muscular, kind of skinny. I thought i was "aesthetic". But 2023 onwards i decided to put my ego down, chase hypertrophy, strength and top dog nutrition.
