Made in USA? Fixing Busted Craftsman Plyers with a Welder

I've had these Vice-Grip style Craftsman plyers since the 90's and recently they broke. These are the Made-in-USA style with lifetime warranty... But getting them replaced? GOOD LUCK! Lowes won't help, Ace Hardware doesn't have them, and calling the 1-800 number for Craftsman Warranty will only get you a Chinese substitute (that isn't even the same tool). Well, bottom line... I had to fix it myself this time and hopefully I'll get another 20+ years out of them. Enjoy!
