The only thing this Ranger and mine have in common is that they both have a cab, tires and some vroom-y bits. This thing is nuts, I love it.
I love how he kept a 302 based block in there. That was the go-to before the LS3 craze.

Can’t remember who it was, someone from Roberts racing. They were friends with a family member and we were in Littlefield Arizona riding for the weekend lol. I just remember they had a bad ass Polaris Ranger with some big ass tires

Those sway bar bearings are called "pillow blocks" If my memory is correct lol
Actually it's a 2 Bolt Flange Bearing, a pillow block Bearing is a completely different animal... 😎

good eye! I believe there is a weld washer on there though, just hard to see with the angle!

This build is rad cause it's still running a Ford engine. I know the whole LS thing but now Ford has the 7.3l Godzilla engine that I'm opinion kills the LS as far as an engine design goes. The stock managed heads are killer and it makes a shit ton of power. Compared to LS you do not have to put better heads to make power. Do you guys think you would run this engine?

I've seen someone break their back from a hard landing in suspension seats, I don't trust them! It was a well sorted 1400 truck otherwise.
i like more this old 302 cause have a good sound with turbos, has the same firing order and sound of a g63 5.5

Hey there’s not much more testing you can do to a weld beyond what this truck can do!:)
Penetration is overrated anyway.
I said no formal training. I learned from very experienced guys, and did a ton of research, weld samples, analysis, etc. Been doing this since I was 6 years old, they are fine dont trip :)

I don't understand why these guys spend so much damn money and time on these beam trucks?!?!? If your going full out race truck build, throw some arms on the front! Makes zero sense to me! The whole point of beams is to get a lot of travel on the cheap. But if your already dropping almost 100k into a truck, put some arms on it! There's a reason why ZERO TTs run them! Unless it's a nostalgia build.
