I thought they had already confirmed that this film was going to take place literally seconds after the first movie finished. So yeah hopefully we are gonna get to see the amazing fight between the incredibles and the underminer. I'm thinking it might be similar to the beginning of guardians of the galaxy 2, everyone running around attacking the underminer whilst Jack Jack is just waddling about using his powers occasionally
Interestingly enough, for all we know, there could actually be a time skip in the movie like how it did with the first incredibles (before they got married and then when they have a family), and it could be that it starts off when everyone finding out jack jack has powers and then it does like this time skip to when he's Dash's age or something. I'd like to see that personally.
Just did, thanks so much for letting me know a new trailer came out! Not exactly what I had in mind, but I like this approach with Helen being the main go-getter out there being a hero while Bob is the stay at home Dad and taking care of Dash and Jack-Jack. Looks like it will be really fun.
I would like to see a scene with Frozone where he’s looking for his suit and when it’s not there he’s like “HONEY YOU HID MY SUIT AGAIN?” And she’s like “well yeah it’s our anniversary” or something like that.
Samuel L. Jackson is so good. He has Nick Fury, AND Frozone for two different superverses and they are both awesome. I agree with this idea as well. doo doo Doo doo dooooo
"I want to be normal, the only who is normal here is Jack Jack and he's not even toilet trained", I laughed hard because Jack Jack laughed like "Yuuup!",haha!!
It’s a shame that the film didn’t “age” with it, I would’ve loved to have seen Violet in college, Dash in high school and Jack jack in middle school or smth, it would’ve been really interesting. Ah well, I hope that it’ll still be really good. Being a 1/2 would be quite awesome as well
I was pretty disappointed to find that out as well... even so, I'm excited to see what Jack Jack and all his new powers bring to the table this time :)
Amelia Okumura Well future Incredibles sequels could very well take place in the future. Perhaps Incredibles 3 will take place well after the second one.
Illuminati Confirmed yea he did it in the sky which they would've seen it's like looking directly at a plane and not seeing it just because he's in the sky
The government gave Robert Parr (Bob) and Helen their powers. Then the kids inherited their powers from them. We know this because in the original beginning scenes when Violet is a baby Syndrome says it's against the law for Supers to breed which if they where born with them the gov would have done something about so Violet Dash and Jack Jack are illegal because they where born after supers where banned. If their parents had been born supers the gov would have done something about it because the reports would have happened long before. Probably would have killed them, that's why the Parr's are relocated so much. They keep messing up, they have illegal kids.
Honestly I'd like to see a family reaction to Buddy Pine dying. How they explained what happened and why to his mother, so that she herself would feel no ill will towards to supers who had to end his life. It's a bit dark, sure, but it would make for a good emotional story line and we could see from his own mother's perspective his decent into madness, whether or not she noticed, whether or not she tried to help him, or whether or not she even believes that he did what he did. I feel like it could work well with the characters and the overall story of family that The Incredibles has at its core.
Before the trailer came out, the Carlin Brothers theorized that the family would have grown up a bit, and Syndrome stored his consciousness in an computer. That digital consciousness would convince Dash to become a villain and turn him against his family. Wild, I know, but that would be so amazing.
And you didn't mention the surname thing. The constant theme throughout the film of "extraordinary people having to hold back to fit in." Reflected in that well known shot of bob in his car on his way back from work, Dash's whole character story AND The Name "Incredible" Juxtaposed next to the name of their secret Identities; Par; average, ordinary. Okay that's my pretentious comment out of the way for this week.
I want this sequel to go more in depth into Flash's "daily life" or "social life" for lack of a better word. It was addressed in The Incredibles but not really much detail was given or refered to.
I’d love it if jack jack’s actual power was like element manipulation or something like they show in the movies, and it’s not his powers manifesting, but like actually his powers?
It was only 2 years since the poster came out when you made this video. "Coming Soon" is the best choice of words for how long it's been. Especially judging by the fact that most movies take 2-3 years to make.
I WANT MORE EDNA MODE!!!!! By far my favorite character of the Incredibles. I'd like to get more backstory on her, and possibly, have her play more of a role in the plot of the new film.
I wanna see how the Parr family tries to "explain away" the super powers Jack Jack uses why the Baby Sitter was watching him, I feel it could get kinda funny at times and it would also give the baby sitter that almost "Batman's Alfred the Butler" feel to her if she ends up accepting them as Supers agrees to keep baby sitting Jack Jack
good to know. Sadly that means it most likely would never happen. I was unable to get the DVD with the bonus scenes. Still think it would be a cool idea tho
*Things I want to see:* *How returning to herowork affects Bob and Helen’s relationship *How Bob and Helen raise Jack-Jack and struggle to help him control his newly-formed powers *How said powers end up causing trouble for the family and the maintenance of their secret identities *How Dash’s increased freedom affects him *How Violet integrates into her new social life (please don’t have her succeed at first; have her struggle) *How Syndrome’s demise affects the family, especially Mr. Incredible *How Mr. Incredible, who now knows the importance of staying fully involved in his family’s lives, supports all his children and guides each of them through honing their powers
I think the most important thing we should see out of this new movie is a new iconic Frozone-Wife quote. My mom still repeats her line and I'm honestly cool with it cus it's just that iconic.
Pixar employee: "boss can we go home now please? It's been 16 hours." Boss: "NO. YOU WILL FINISH THE MISTER INCREDIBLE MODEL. I WANT TO SEE THE FRAYED STITCHING ON HIS SHIRT."
Also, I think Rise of the Underminer was confirmed to be the canon story for how he was defeated. Bob's family did participate, but they stayed above ground and fought the robots while Bob and Frozone went underground.
I completely agree Jon, I really want to see some mention of a conclusion with the Underminer as well. By the time I heard about the video game I had already lost my vision, so I have never had an opportunity to play it
I’d like to see a very brief mention of the underminer. I would also really like to see a small time jump maybe 6-10 years showing violet as an established superheroin and dash as a teenager. Jack jack would be just old enough to start really training and helping out being between the ages of 6-11
I'm going to go ahead and add an extra comment saying I would love to see a scene where Frozone is yelling WHERE IS MY SUPER SUIT?? There. I'm complete.
The one thing I want to see in Incredibles 2 is Dash break the sound barrier. Because he came close to it in Incredibles, when he ran on water, but not quiet.
I think the supers powers depend on their personalities (ex Violet's shy so she can turn invisible) so since Jack Jack's still developing his personality he just has a jumble of possible powers and they'll go away over time until he only has a few that fit his personality.
Think they are going to start off with everyone finding out the JackJack has powers. Then do a 20yr time jump Ive heard a lot of theory's that JackJack is going to be the main villain of the incredibles 2
I reckon that the stuff in the trailer all happens at the beginning. It then skips to ten+ years later with the parnets being to old to super and dash and Violet now out of home doing there own thing. Jackjack growing up in this house with supers who are hero's he always wanted to join in but he was to young and now that he is old enough he has no one to team up with so he teams up with the wrong people and goes rogue. The family has to reunite to take down/save Jackjack.
I want to see a villain that mirrors Joker from Dark Night Returns, in that the villain was retired because all the hero's were gone, but now that the hero's have returned the villain is going to return as well. I like the idea that the Super's returning isn't necessarily a good thing and that the reason's for hero's being forced into retirement where a lot more complicated and even necessary rather than just some overblown lawsuit.
I love the Incredibles. In the movie we see how not everyone has super powers and at the beginning normal people and supers lived in harmony. With Bob's whole incident with saving someone who didn't want to be saved , that made the normal people question and argue that they don't need the supers. Because of this we know the supers had to hide their true identity of being , well, supers. Finding out about how they got their powers would be really interesting and just amazing but I feel there's a bigger topic that could be shown in the new movie. Not too sure what it could be but whatever it is I'm excited!!!
Maybe Rick Dicker just forgot but continuity wise because he interviewed Kari about the incident he's the only one who knew about JackJacks powers, you'd think he would've said something to Bob and Helen.
Incredibles was such an iconic movie in Pixar’s rich and vast library of movies. It would be interesting to me, and this is kind of wishful thinking, to have the trailer really have nothing to do with the film in terms of clues or content. I actually want the movie to take place a bit in the future, preferably when Jack-jack is at an age where the movie is centered around how he is developing his powers and that dynamic. Only time will tell!!
Pixar’s teaser trailers have famously usually been a completely separate scene that is not in the full movie at all. Perhaps the trailer takes place in that 3-month period and the full film will begin immediately after. Also, there is a term for a story in a story - midquel
For someone who seems pretty into all of this news about the movie, you seem to have missed they fact that they already confirmed it takes place right after the first one ends.
I think some power-swapping would be interesting, a la F4:Silver Surfer. Helen has the same power as Mr. Fantastic, Violet has the same power as Sue, Bob is a non-monstery The Thing, and Dash is similar in personality, if not powers, to The Human Torch
What I really want to see in the sequel is all of them grow older. Like Violet graduating high school or something, even if its just a small scene at the very end
Thanks for watching, everybody! Make sure to LIKE this video if you liked it and SHARE it with a friend! :D
Jon Solo What I want to see in The Incredibles 2 is Violet as a teen (Her mind will be changing. She will be thinking about....You know what)
A new segment that takes place between 2 segments is called a midquel.
Jon Solo does the word mid-quel make sense?
Jon Solo dude what is the intro from sounds so cool
Jon Solo i know its late but i wanna see why his laz-ahs are different colors and a in batweenquel is 1/2quel
I want to see a reference to frozone's iconic seen "HONEY, WHERE'S MY SUPERSUIT?
Michelle Silvera they could fake us out where it actually is in the right place
It's "Honey, where's my super suit?"
It would be funny if he did say it again... like “HONEY!!! WHERE’S MY SU-” “it’s right here”
I want to see this too.
Honey, where is my super suit?
...
Its for the greater good!
I AM the greatest good you are ever going to get.
I thought they had already confirmed that this film was going to take place literally seconds after the first movie finished. tehawsumninja I'm seriously hoping it's what happens
That's what I was thinking.
tehawsumninja I would kind of like to see this myself, I think it would allow for some really cool stories
tehawsumninja watch the new trailer
Just did, thanks so much for letting me know a new trailer came out! Not exactly what I had in mind, but I like this approach with Helen being the main go-getter out there being a hero while Bob is the stay at home Dad and taking care of Dash and Jack-Jack. Looks like it will be really fun.

I agree with this idea as well.
doo doo Doo doo dooooo
"I want to be normal, the only who is normal here is Jack Jack and he's not even toilet trained", I laughed hard because Jack Jack laughed like "Yuuup!",haha!!
I want to know where the Pizza Planet truck is going to be
Aaaayyyyy
Justin Counts up my ass
Or the Star Ball
incredibles is the only pixar film with out it so the chance is lowwered for the incredibles 2
Edna was sure that Jackjack have powers and made a safe suit for him because Edna didn't know at the time what powers jackjack will have
Commander Joir yes but his mother still denied that idea
She was just so happy to be designing for superheroes again. "I didn't know the baby's powers so I just covered the basics."
I want them to elaborate on the government "erasing memories" part.
And it would be interesting to see what happened to Bomb Voyage.
Viking.Overdrive we went Bon voyage and out with a boom
It’s a shame that the film didn’t “age” with it, I would’ve loved to have seen Violet in college, Dash in high school and Jack jack in middle school or smth, it would’ve been really interesting. Ah well, I hope that it’ll still be really good. Being a 1/2 would be quite awesome as well

Amelia Okumura Well future Incredibles sequels could very well take place in the future. Perhaps Incredibles 3 will take place well after the second one.
Jon Solo yes, me too :)
Julio Peinado I thought it wasn't set in the 50s. Hmm, if that's the case then...
John O'Donohue possibly :)
Wait a second, we know that Jack Jack’s family didn’t know he had superpowers because violet says “the only normal one is Jack Jack.”
John O'Donohue that was before Jack-Jack demonstrated his powers at all
CyberWolf 5 7 8 The family didn’t see Jack Jack demonstrate his powers. Remember he did it in the sky.
Also Bob has muscles in this.
John O'Donohue Yes, that scene is in Jon's video.
Illuminati Confirmed yea he did it in the sky which they would've seen it's like looking directly at a plane and not seeing it just because he's in the sky
I want to see a re-creation of the “HONEY, WHERE IS MY SUPER SUIT” scene. Best scene of the first movie
“Honey where’s my supersui-“
“Never mind found it”
I am hoping that the sequel explains how they got their powers
Alex Surro don't get my hopes up
It's called magic
Look up the Pixar Theory it explains that as well as many other things.
That will be a prequel
"HONEY WHAT'D YOU DO WITH MY SUPER SUIT THIS TIME?"
"It's in the laundry."
I mean we can't live without another Frozone and his wife scene.
I want more EDNA MODE!!
And Guest!
Edna better have powers!
A new segment that takes place between 2 segments is called a midquel.
sagely Demonologist or, if you're a Boarderlands fan, pre-sequel.
You can't deceive me, Solo... Your real name is The Johngasm.
AdrianChazz I liked that name better too
Ok. Jack Jack is the last Jedi and he kills his master Mr. Incredible
I would love to see a little bit more on how the kids handle their powers in school
Before the trailer came out, the Carlin Brothers theorized that the family would have grown up a bit, and Syndrome stored his consciousness in an computer. That digital consciousness would convince Dash to become a villain and turn him against his family. Wild, I know, but that would be so amazing.
I’d like to see more Edna, that’s all I’m asking for.
fucking same
Jack-Jack walked in Jack-Jack Attack. When he burst into flames he runs around the room with little fire footprints behind him.
Reasons to watch incredibles 2:
Find out if frozone found his super suit
What do you mean he uses it in the fight against syndrome?
Btw its mid-quel
Leon Parks Nope. Jack Jack only gets his powers at the end of the first movie.
Kevin Bacon He meant the name for Jon's "In-Between-Quel" is called a mid-quel.
It’s called a pre-sequel
But,what's it a pre-sequel to?
Another "honey, where's my super suit?
Maybe they're green now because he's older and green has a higher frequency than purple?
nora colunga that's a really good idea I never thought of it
nora colunga Purple isn't an electromagnetic frequency. Also, purple contains blue which is a higher frequency than green. So no.
The actual reason is because purple wouldn't show well on the red background. I don't know if they will give an in-universe explanation.
For violet not to be like “I’m scared to use my powers “
His name is Jack-jack because he's a jack of all trades
Violet is named after Ultra-violet, which isn't visible to the naked eye
dash
Candybanaenae I'm cRyin,, explanation for all the others then just "dash"
dawg it's self-explanatory 😂😂
And you didn't mention the surname thing. The constant theme throughout the film of "extraordinary people having to hold back to fit in." Reflected in that well known shot of bob in his car on his way back from work, Dash's whole character story
AND The Name "Incredible" Juxtaposed next to the name of their secret Identities; Par; average, ordinary.
Okay that's my pretentious comment out of the way for this week.
Jack Jack's powers: Shapeshift, teleportation, flight, lay-zuh beams, fire, led, electricity, and moving through walls.
I want this sequel to go more in depth into Flash's "daily life" or "social life" for lack of a better word. It was addressed in The Incredibles but not really much detail was given or refered to.
Anna Peralta do you mean dash not flash?
Dash it’s dash
Lmao he said flash
Nigga this isnt Justic League
Dash, Dash, one hundred yard dash
Who is flash
3:30 I think you mean MIDQUEL.
Luigi Marinus 2 The In-between-quel he mentioned. It's proper term is midquel.
I’d love it if jack jack’s actual power was like element manipulation or something like they show in the movies, and it’s not his powers manifesting, but like actually his powers?
I thought I was the only one who remembered lion King 1 1/2 !! Love these vids great job with your editing and information gathering and presenting!
I think it would be cool to see Syndrome's dad try to avenge Syndrome. Now wouldn't that be something.
It was only 2 years since the poster came out when you made this video. "Coming Soon" is the best choice of words for how long it's been. Especially judging by the fact that most movies take 2-3 years to make.
FIRST TO LIKE!!!! Love your theories and I always have the notification bell on!!! 😊
I WANT MORE EDNA MODE!!!!! By far my favorite character of the Incredibles. I'd like to get more backstory on her, and possibly, have her play more of a role in the plot of the new film.
Been waiting for this since forever. Still excited!
Lucky Titan Productions they erased her memory in a bonus scene
good to know. Sadly that means it most likely would never happen. I was unable to get the DVD with the bonus scenes. Still think it would be a cool idea tho
This guy looks just like Justin from Wizards of Waverly Place.
The Gaming Goomba
😂😂he does
Maybe I should start auditioning for Disney Channel shows
Jon Solo you look like an emo m and m
I want frozo to have a baby 👶🏾
I remember watching your videos a long time ago with all your different theories. I swore you wouldve had way more subs by now
I want to see bomb voyage return lol
*Things I want to see:*
*How returning to herowork affects Bob and Helen’s relationship
*How Bob and Helen raise Jack-Jack and struggle to help him control his newly-formed powers
*How said powers end up causing trouble for the family and the maintenance of their secret identities
*How Dash’s increased freedom affects him
*How Violet integrates into her new social life (please don’t have her succeed at first; have her struggle)
*How Syndrome’s demise affects the family, especially Mr. Incredible
*How Mr. Incredible, who now knows the importance of staying fully involved in his family’s lives, supports all his children and guides each of them through honing their powers
Or maybe we're being tricked...this is just a flashback, and we're being played!
Violet better be confident with her powers. I don't want any "I'm too scared to use my powers" bullshit she pulls off.
BAHABHAHABHAHBAB sorry that comment was way funny than i thought it would be
I think the most important thing we should see out of this new movie is a new iconic Frozone-Wife quote. My mom still repeats her line and I'm honestly cool with it cus it's just that iconic.
I wanna see more of Violet and Dash
Keep up the good content, and you'll go far dude!
Oh yea I been waiting for this vid
I want to see more of kid fl...i mean dash' s abilitys and more of his school life. And violet to or whatever
I got a notification about this video. I didn't have notifications on. Still would have watched it either way
Pixar employee: "boss can we go home now please? It's been 16 hours."
Boss: "NO. YOU WILL FINISH THE MISTER INCREDIBLE MODEL. I WANT TO SEE THE FRAYED STITCHING ON HIS SHIRT."
"Where's my super suit?"
I would like to know whatever happened to Bomb Voyage.
That clip might not even be part 9f the actual movie. Pixar does that with most of their teasers.
I think IN-BETWEEN-QUELs are called "MIQUELS" as they are set in the MIDDLE of the story
I liked dude. Great theory!
Mirage. I want to see Mirage SO BAD.
S.J. Penner Her voice actress died a few years back
:(
Also, I think Rise of the Underminer was confirmed to be the canon story for how he was defeated.

I really want too see more Edna she’s the best
I'm going to go ahead and add an extra comment saying I would love to see a scene where Frozone is yelling WHERE IS MY SUPER SUIT?? There. I'm complete.
I want to see Mr. Incredible's 'Mr. MOM' skills... frilly apron and all! :)
HONEY WHERE IS MA SUPER SUIT
Brad Bird said that the film picks up immediately after the underminer battle.
The one thing I want to see in Incredibles 2 is Dash break the sound barrier.
Because he came close to it in Incredibles, when he ran on water, but not quiet.
More scenes of Violet struggling with adolescence
Dash runs so fast he time travels
I want to see some kind of twist when there’s more relatives and they also have powers
HONEY WHERES MY SUPERSUIT?
I think the supers powers depend on their personalities (ex Violet's shy so she can turn invisible) so since Jack Jack's still developing his personality he just has a jumble of possible powers and they'll go away over time until he only has a few that fit his personality.
I think a dash becomes the villain because he feels like the typical forgotten middle child would be a fun story
Think they are going to start off with everyone finding out the JackJack has powers. Then do a 20yr time jump
Ive heard a lot of theory's that JackJack is going to be the main villain of the incredibles 2
Kimberly Symonds ... That doesn't add up dude.
I reckon that the stuff in the trailer all happens at the beginning. It then skips to ten+ years later with the parnets being to old to super and dash and Violet now out of home doing there own thing. Why does this guy remind me of thw jongasm
Brian Cox maybe because he is.
It's literally the same exact dude on the same exact channel but he changed the channel name
Rip
-.-
Brian Cox nice sarcasm
I love your Pixar videos ❤️
Dash and Violet being the villains. Nothing more, nothing less. Make it happen Pixar!
When I was little, Jack-Jack terrified me. Specifically, the flaming Jack-Jack and demon Jack-Jack.
I would really love to see violet take on big responsebilities flawlessly as to show how truly powerful she is.
I love the Incredibles. In the movie we see how not everyone has super powers and at the beginning normal people and supers lived in harmony. With Bob's whole incident with saving someone who didn't want to be saved , that made the normal people question and argue that they don't need the supers. 4:24 correction. In Jack Jack attack he walks around after he engulfs himself in flames
Honey where is my super suit!?

I wanna see Violet alot more she's my favorite
Pixar has already confirmed that the incredibles 2 picks up right where the first one left off. Like 2 seconds. Literally.
As a baby, Jack Jack's powers are still developing.
I would really like to see how much Violet has changed and if mrs incredible let Dash win in any competition
Or they could show that part where they find out jack jack has powers and then flash fwd a few years and this whole part is at the start of the movie.
Really would like to see Dash get a Flash looking costume, just replace the lightning bolt with an i and you’re good Pixar, take the hint.
What I really want to see in the sequel is all of them grow older. Like Violet graduating high school or something, even if its just a small scene at the very end
we saw Jack Jack float in the short Jack Jack attacks right? so doesn't that mean he also has the power of levitation?
I want to see Honey's face. I must know who is behind the genius line "I am the greatest good you're ever gonna get" (or something like that)
