Great video ! I have a couple of questions: • one of the legs has no air ( or at least nothing comes out when i press the valve ) • What type of liquid has inside ? oil ? and why you didn't replace it ? • What's the recommend it air pressure for some who is 160 lbs ? Thanks a lot
Questions 1: probably just means there is no air in that side you can use a shock pump to add more 2: 7.5 wt 3: if you search the fork up online there will be a manual which will tell you the correct pressure for your weight

Hi again,my fork it's loose and seems like it has a 1/8" "of play" so when i push the front break i feel like the headset isn't properly adjusted but 5 bicycle mechanics told me that is the fork and not the headset, how can i adjust the suspension ? anything that i should know to adjust the fork inside ? it might be loose something inside, worn out pieces ? needs more oil? seems like no one have done a service to this fork since 2006, what do you recommend, i don't trust the mechanics.Thanks
Not on that model but you can use the oil Weight. The stock weight is 7.5wt if you want to slow your rebound go to 10wt and if you want to speed it up go to 5wt. there is also internal adjustable rebound inside each leg when you take the top caps off. you use an alen key to turn the knobs

Is it normal that when i tried to put some air in the right stanchion, the oil leaks out? Also is there an internal rebound adjust in this fork?

Hi, can you use a basic track floor pump to add air into forks? Like yours? Or is a special pump you use, also wot pressure thanks man:)
You can use a normal floor pump beacuse this fork have spring and maximum air pressure is 1bar
