extra long episode today! 🙌 Part 3/finale will be up in a few days~: • My 'Stray Gods' Playlist: ua-cam.com/play/PL7cza4bNeoSaQYN5M2u1BA-f_i2wd5dF6.html
SO glad to see you saved Aphrodite here! I was resolved to do the same thing, but one visit to Eros and I KNEW Aphrodite's solution wasn't working. She may not have intended it, but Aphrodite was hurting Eros more than she thought. And don't get me started on how unfair it is for Venus, who'll just suffer EXACTLY the same thing when the Veil inevitably lifts. And then the cycle repeats ALL over again... I knew I had to stop it.
When it comes to solving mazes, the only strategy that's guaranteed to find the center of a maze without requiring you to draw a map is to wander randomly until you get there. Any repeating finite pattern of turns is guaranteed to get you back to the start - the maze is finite, so if you repeat a pattern for long enough you have to enter a loop since you can't keep going to new places forever, but your path is also reversible - every state you enter has a unique predecessor - so the only place you can start looping from is the start. But there's no guarantee that the loop will cover the entire maze. If you're trying to find a different exit from the maze, then putting your left hand on the nearest wall and sticking to it is guaranteed to find the next exit clockwise so long as the maze is planar - if there are tunnels or bridges, they can prevent that strategy from working. Some maze experts like to define labyrinths as mazes where there are no branches, so labyrinths (by that definition) are easy to solve - simply follow the only path until you reach the center. And of course, the way to solve Jim Henson's Labyrinth is to be honest and kind, never say anything is "a piece of cake", and remember your lines when you reach the center!

@@DJROCKSTAZ Yess, I have similar feelings! Especially knowing it'll happen all over, it feels like it is definitely worth another try
