    I dont understand, why ppl stops replying to common ppl once they get famous and n they get famous coz of these common ppl . I do watch videos and everytime i stop myself to ask any question or give any feedback coz replies never happn here .

    Cravings matlab hamara मन aur kuch nahi. Aur chahe duniya ka koi bhi goal ho dieting ya kuch aur iska to kaam he hai hume goal na achieve karne se rokna. Iske liye sirf aur sirf will power ki zaroorat hai aur kuch nahi 🙏🏻

    I KEEP CRAVING UNTIL N UNLESS I HAVE SOMETHING JUNK ,I MEAN NO MATTER HOW MUCH I CONTROL,I END UP HAVING IT AND YES THEN COMES THE GUILT .

    Great video! I struggle with food cravings all the time, so these tips are really helpful. I especially appreciate the advice to stay hydrated and eat more protein, as I often forget to drink enough water and tend to snack on carb-heavy foods.     Was heading slowly towards obesity. I’ve gained 20 lbs in last year. What I did to stop this is choose smaller portions of chip bags, avoid huge binges as many days as I can, etc. instead eat junk, but less in smaller sizes

    The thing is when we sit on a table along with family to have our food then if they are having some extra calories food & off course they ask me to have it ,although i refuse to take it even that they ask me again to have a little bit part of that particular food at that time i want to control but unfortunately can’t☹️ and also you mentioned in this video “that if you have craving to eat it very badly after delaying it then u should adjust in ur diet” but the thing is “ek baar gya tongue pe taste to kha hi lete h pura aur fir ni hota control baad mein b,, but yeah this video might be helpful for me!!

    I recently shifted to my workplace. I have been trying to lose weight for a long time, my metabolism is very low, I live alone and hence whenever i feel lonely i order something to eat and enjoy those little moments just to avoid loneliness. But whenever my family visits or I visit my home I only eat home cooked healthy food with them and i dont crave anything at that time. I feel guilty after eating and i have gained 10 kgs in 4 months because of this. I am spending lot of money just to feel emotionally good for sometime. I dont know what to do....I know where i am wrong but still I do it. :/

    No scientific logic can solve cravings.. I'm a foodie and food is an art to me .. I crave out of the blue any time, not that I can't handle it but in my head I crave luxury food all the time and literally prefer making it myself . i don't crave the unhealthy options though, but I always crave for something (all healthier options though). your categorisation is on point though
    Delaying and distracting does help though...

    I don't usually crave for food throughout the day but its get intense at midnight most of the time which makes dieting a bit hard as after that there is not much activity to do apart from sleeping.
    It is not the craving of Junk food but craving to eat something at night.
