Was heading slowly towards obesity. I’ve gained 20 lbs in last year. What I did to stop this is choose smaller portions of chip bags, avoid huge binges as many days as I can, etc. instead eat junk, but less in smaller sizes
The thing is when we sit on a table along with family to have our food then if they are having some extra calories food & off course they ask me to have it ,although i refuse to take it even that they ask me again to have a little bit part of that particular food at that time i want to control but unfortunately can’t☹️ and also you mentioned in this video “that if you have craving to eat it very badly after delaying it then u should adjust in ur diet” but the thing is “ek baar gya tongue pe taste to kha hi lete h pura aur fir ni hota control baad mein b,, but yeah this video might be helpful for me!!

I recently shifted to my workplace. I have been trying to lose weight for a long time, my metabolism is very low, I live alone and hence whenever i feel lonely i order something to eat and enjoy those little moments just to avoid loneliness. But whenever my family visits or I visit my home I only eat home cooked healthy food with them and i dont crave anything at that time. I feel guilty after eating and i have gained 10 kgs in 4 months because of this. I am spending lot of money just to feel emotionally good for sometime. I dont know what to do....I know where i am wrong but still I do it. :/
No scientific logic can solve cravings.. I'm a foodie and food is an art to me .. I crave out of the blue any time, not that I can't handle it but in my head I crave luxury food all the time and literally prefer making it myself . i don't crave the unhealthy options though, but I always crave for something (all healthier options though). your categorisation is on point though Delaying and distracting does help though...

I don't usually crave for food throughout the day but its get intense at midnight most of the time which makes dieting a bit hard as after that there is not much activity to do apart from sleeping. It is not the craving of Junk food but craving to eat something at night.
