Progressive overload, we knew it as "pyramid" back in high school (2000s) . we also do an "inverted pyramid" for higher reps during a pre- spring brake fat loss period, together with a calorie deficit. Never fails.
Sadik, every point makes so much sense! Like emphasizing the eccentric of the curl. This is so true! The emphasize on the eccentric works extremely well for biceps, traps, and hamstrings especially.... Pretty much all "pulling" movements respond very well to an eccentric... MUSCLE SORENESS FOR DAYSSS! And yeah.... oatmeal is the worst carb source for a pump, the only pump we get from oats are the stomach pump! 😅 BUT they are still be one of my favorite carbs I like to eat next to rice cakes and white potatoes! 👌🏼 Anyway, thanks for the video and really looking forward to a LEG DAY! 🔥🔥💪🏼

Bodybuilders don’t typically eat the whole egg because we like keeping out fats relatively low. The steak has a decent amount of fat already
