George received a great amount of accolades in his all too short life. How about one more for being an awesome mentor and father... Thank you Dhani, for embracing your dad's legacy, and for being you.
Dhani has the sweet humble disposition of his father, he's also very talented as a guitarist and singer. It's so nice to hear him do George's songs as there is no one who can do them better.
Stop, stop, stop trying to canonize George! He wasn’t Jesus. He wasn’t Buddha. He wasn’t Gandhi! He was a rock n’ roller who loved his drugs and pussy, but realized there was much more to life than simply satisfying his personal desires and was searching for something more satisfying and uplifting. He was a seeker, not a Guru. A searching student of life, not a teacher.
@@emmettmckenna4565 Unlikely about John as he continued to work with him thru 70/71 - but not with Paul! Great song but flawed thinking as we don't all have choice, some are more damaged than others - listen to John's Working Class Hero !
Another of one of the very many great songs that george harrison wrote and gave to the world...he was special and very talented in many ways, also a very smart, humorous and giving man to many worthy charities and people in need....love and peace and joy be always with you,george...thanks
I love the song "ʀᴜɴ ᴏғ ᴛʜᴇ ᴍɪʟʟ" one of my favorite songs by George!!! Dhani and his friend did a great job here! I know George hears this from heaven giving them the thumbs up! 👍
Been a fan of George's for as long as I can n remember, been really I'll past almost 2yrs.w a septic infection,4 surgeries later, recovering because of George and Dhani's beautiful rockin spiritual music so HEALING!thank you for your gifts.
Listen to these amazing chord progressions! Incredibly, when nobody was looking, George caught and sometimes surpassed John and Paul as singer/songwriter (Abbey Road) By the way, for anyone who might not know, this version, which you can hear George performing as a demo on "Early Takes" and "Beware of ABKCO" is much different than the Phil Spector Wall of Sound orchestration on "All Things Must Pass". Thanks to Dhani for keeping attention on George's music.
Thank you so much for this. I'm so happy, this is my favorite song. For this to be finally be sung by Dhani, this is as close as I'll get to listen to it being performed by George. Thank you.

Most men, including myself, want their kids to carry on in their footsteps, but my god, I don’t think any of us anticipated a perfect clone!!!!!!! God bless you George, and you must be immensely proud xxx
I have always wanted the sons of the four Beatles to get together and write an album together and then tour. I just think it would be so cool. I wouldn't expect it to be another Beatles. but I just have a feeling it could be special on it's own. Dhani Harrison, James McCartney, Zacky Star and Julian Lennon or Sean Lennon, they all have allot of talent and it would be Interesting to see if there talents went to another level creating together. Peace
James McCartney was trying to do this, but didn’t want Julian. Zap and Jason aren’t interested.Dhani would be the only one with talent. Why would he want to?
It´s not THAT high - but the time changes might be a problem, at least for Rock musicians used to mainly 4/4 time ... even Dhani´s friend seems to have some problems to follow ...
I recorded this from the back row of the venue, using an iPad Mini, so it was the best visual quality I could get. I was just happy that the sound was decent.
This is (probably) the most beautiful song George ever wrote.
Dhani is a Clone of his father George He looks talks, and sings just like his deceased Father. He is very talented just like his father.
George received a great amount of accolades in his all too short life. How about one more for being an awesome mentor and father... Thank you Dhani, for embracing your dad's legacy, and for being you.
Close your eyes and try to guess who's singing. George would be so proud. Dhani carrying the torch. Beautiful.
antes de ver tu comentario cerre los ojos y senti que escuchaba la dulce voz de George Casi llore
Not even, just squint
This is terrific. Dhani should tour, singing his own and his father's music.
I would buy two tickets for sure. Take care.
He opened for Jeff Lynn's ELO a few years ago and joined Jeff on the Wilburys' 'Handle With Care.'
He would be if he needed the money.
And Jim James

George is telling us all we have choices in life and he really hopes we pick the right ones .. God Bless u GH & DH for singing this live
Wrong! George wrote that song about his and John’s deteriorating personal relationship and John’s seeming indifference to George and his music.

Thought it was about Paul...songs have multiple meanings

Too bad for George he made the wrong choice of following a false religion and is burning in hell.
Love his little wave as he left the stage, just like his father's exit from the Bangladesh Concert stage.
What a privilege to have grown up during such a time.

Who is singing? GH, or DH? My God, identical voice, how beautiful!

This is so magical
Beautiful song of George😍😍😍
Goosebumps abound... sounds just like dad. Thank you Dhani and God bless. 🙏
Dhani dropped his pick at the end, and no one could tell. Dropping a pick literally is a sign of comfort and fluidity, while playing a song.
Everyone has choice
When to or not to raise their voices
It's you that decides
Which way you will turn
While feeling that our love's not your concern
It's you that decides
No one around you
Will carry the blame for you
No one around you
Will love you today and throw it all away
Tomorrow when you rise
Another day for you to realize me
Or send me down again
As the days stand up on end
You've got me wondering how I lost your friendship
But I see it in your eyes
Though I'm beside you
I can't carry the lame for you
I may decide to
Get out with your blessing
Where I'll carry on guessing
How high will you leap
Will you make enough for you to reap it?
Only you'll arrive
At your own made end
With no one but yourself to be offended
It's you that decides
I wish he would tour and do his dads music. I would so buy tickets!!
Heart warming.
Brings chills and tears. Thank you 💚🙏
One of my favorites of George Harrison. Great lyrics beautiful melody. Great version Dhani. Your dad would be so proud.
Oh my it sounds so beautiful in Dhani's voice... so tender and gentle but still with that wry, thoughtful twist.
One of the best songs from Album by lovely George. Dhani is amazing performer.. What a playing and vocal!
Beautifully done. Thank you, Dhani.
Thank you for sharing this beautiful song from this beautiful singer. God bless everyone from Patrick

It' a big present...unbeliveble...Tears in my eyes...❤from Amsterdam ❣
Gone by will never be forgotten
I heard this song over fifty years ago and it blew me away. I named my cat Dhani about thirty years later. Ha ha
Very well performed Dhani 👏
This was really so amazing beautiful thanks Dhani and Jim James this was the best omg
Beautiful thanks for sharing
Simply great song - one of the two BEST from ATMP (the other is Beware Of Darkness)
Honestly ATMP is full of so many bangers it's hard to choose the best
beautiful rendition Dhani!
Amazing musicians and amazing Dhani. Great soing
That was lovely!
Great music
Love Dhani
I Too Love ❤️ This song
Thanks for the experience !!!
Beautiful song and beautifully performed. Thank you.
the resemblance is amazing. appearence & singing.
Omg I know right!!!! It's a bit much to take in. But there he is, in front of us, looking exactly like George. Sound & all. It's like, woah!!!

A very hard song to sing because it tracks so high. It's not surprising that not even George sang it live.
It's easy to sing in a lower tone simply, change the key.
It´s not THAT high - but the time changes might be a problem, at least for Rock musicians used to mainly 4/4 time ... even Dhani´s friend seems to have some problems to follow ...
George at his zenith 😍
Godspeed Dhani.
Awesomeee
Very good.
Ya dad no doubt would be so proud man.
This is great
No one does Harrison better than ……Harrison!
In name of your father, thanx Dhani ((^_^))
Wow a lot of George Awesome voice love to here him sing with Julian Lennon
my world
I have always believed it was about Paul McCartney. " I always wondered how I lost your friendship."
It was written about Paul. Fortunately they reconciled before George died too soon. 💔❤️
Paul exacto
About Paul. His childhood friend.
Sounds so much like his dad.
He has a God given talent. That runs in his family
Fuckin' Brilliant !!!
Love the people talking 😉
Right, read my post im Not quite as understanding as yourself, cheers
🎸👍🇺🇸🙏🏽
Sounds like his father only smoother. Very nice.
Who is this James which Dhani is referring to? James McCartney?
Come on let the kid seeing his father's song he should do more of his father's songs go deep!
Wow he sounds a lot like his father
Beautiful song great job dhani, who are the rude ass people yapping away while Dhani performs his 1 song.i mean really typical, show em the fuckin door
So unbelievably rude
💙💙💙
reminds me 60s Unley Highschool "guy" named Mills. Don'tt know why. Had an almond tree in his back yard. Blond. tall.
Poco a poco se llega lejos tiene que defender la bandera de su gran padre. George harrison
saludos en que año tocó este tema=?
Creo que alrededor de 1345

It's you to decides! With no one but yourself to be offended! Actually he does sound just like his father! Cheers!
Was this song originally pointed at McCartney?? George was still friendly with the other 2 Beatles.
wow sounds great, man!
Carry on your dads legacy
Sounds Just Like Dad !!!!!
It's never been performed? By George, correct. I have been performing it for over 20 years!!!!!
Toot your horn somewhere else
No one cares
Sounds like his dad
The Harrisons.
Why is he changing the original lyrics???
Wasn't he raised in the USA? He has an English accent
No, he grew up in England. George owned an estate in Henley-On-Thames, Oxfordshire, UK.
So was Linda. Ha
That's a mistake, he was raised in England.
Go hard Dhabi your there
Most people only want to hear George from Dhani. Same with Julian Lennon. Blessing and a curse to sound exactly like their fathers.
Lovely. I'm blubbing.
His father had more pop songs in him, though his son dosent seem to have that.
Such a beautiful song. Really so tasteless of Phil Specter who had to bury it under all that horn section. An acoustic guitar would have sufficed
😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁
Pretty sure this is Olivia Harrison’s favorite song by George so this is cute
I think I saw him lose his guitar pick near the end, just like me.
When he talks he sounds just like Ozzy Osbone's son Jack
Hes talking to paul
😣😣😣😣😣😣😞
terrible quality video,... but you can still hear how Dhani sounds like George.....George lives on.
I recorded this from the back row of the venue, using an iPad Mini, so it was the best visual quality I could get. I was just happy that the sound was decent.
