There is something about seeing all those foods. I mean, I like the interviews, too. But just seeing what you eat is so inspiring and makes me so happy. How many people get excited when they see a photo of grapes, an orange or of tomatoes? And then your happy, positive vibe and your beautiful face with it. I'm not a raw vegan because I do eat quinoa and legume pasta, but smoothies (or protein shakes) definitely make up 50% of my daily meals. It's such a convenient way to get my necessary micros, macros and calories.
Beautiful recipes as usual. The only thing I noticed that I think is important. Don't throw away the kale stems. They have far more nutrients than the actual leaves. Use it for a green juice.
Chia Seeds are good, I do a Chia Seed smoothie daily with coconuts and liyf Biotic and the Puradyme Essentials and protein powder. For more power, add Basil Seeds Gillian. Basil Seeds have AMAZING health benefits add to the Chia Seeds in the smoothie. Super charge the LGB with a leaf of Aloe Vera and 1 small bulb of garlic and some leeks and Asparagus. That’s the turbocharged LGB with the enzymes.
Everything looks so beautiful and yummy! So here's a fun thing: Since the pith is so good for us, I started just taking the outer layer off the lemon and adding the rest (I do use the outside, if it is organic, in my lemon water in the morning. Tastes like a lemon drop, without the sugar.) to whatever I was making. It adds so much flavor, and I can use half a lemon where I would usually squeeze a whole lemon. I never worry about the seed. It's so good. Thanks for all you do girl!

I have Hurom HH 200,and make my green juice every single day 10 years now ,greens is my 💚🌱🫶my basic on my food,I eat 85%,sometimes in winter time-when is very cold (live in Europe-In Latvia) I eat green buckwheat, quinoa and steamed 🥦 veggies 🥦 That You for great interviews with all this wonderful people 💚💚💚🙏

The medical medium claims nutritional yeast is a form of msg and warns against consuming it. Always love these videos. Those with histamine intolerance cannot consume some of these ingredients- lemons, avocados, chocolate, tomatoes
I cant stand the taste of ny ,it makes me feel nauseous & gives me headaches...also taking good quality vit c over time will help wirh histamine issues & reactions.also addressing any candida & gut microbiome imbalances can help too.
yeah i hear some people say that...It makes me feel great in this salad...I listen to how I feel but I also go thru phases without it....I love this salad right now but will be into something else in no time lol
The glutamate in nutritional yeast is bound-not in its free form-so it is not the same as MSG. I'm very, very sensitive to glutamate and have no problems from nutritional yeast. Also, the bad taste and headaches would come from the bright yellow fortified version with synthetic vitamins added. Try the natural, unfortified beige stuff.
I literally just read somewhere today..oh ...it was on the Raw Vegan and Healing group on Facebook, apparently massaging greens like that, breaks down the fibrous wallls (or something like that..I retain no infomation ever, lol, I just know its good!) and makes the food more digestable, and easier to eat ;) I love this video...all of it. You inspire me so much Gillian, you give me hope that maybe, I dunno, I can turn things around. Waiting anxiously for the J2 sale..can I ask, does the white J2 yellow at all? (everything white yellows) Id rather the white. Oh...and get yourself a 3 litre hopper!! I know it’s what’s best for me but I just can’t seem to balance the time it takes to prepare meals especially raw plant based which is what I really want to stick with. Pray for me and please let me know tips to make this easier for a busy lifestyle.
That's a lot of lemon juice wasted, sorry but you need to squeeze it harder or with a fork or citrus press ;-) I personally eat them entirely even the skin but I'm a frenchy raw foodist to the core since 2008 ;-) !
