- A viewer sent me FAKE Roblox Hacks? -- A look at more suspicious "Video Game cheats" a viewer sent me. This virus uses a bizarre crypting method with an encrypted VB script, but it doesn't even get past Windows Defender.

Damn Roblox hacks. Looking at the fact that 99% of Roblox players are young dumb kids so this probably got a lot of people

They take your ROBLOSECURITY cookie probably. And they install a cryptominer or RAT
My friend got hacked from one of these. But it wasn't roblox, it was an other game. It created a RAT on his computer and many other viruses and started stealing info, It even started posting a bunch of videos on his youtube channel.
Im 2 yrs late but it was propably hypixel skyblock

Your videos are very underrated.
Not gonna lie, I would probably know that it's malware just by the thumbnail of the exe. It just looks suspicious to me.
That thumbnail appears when you make 2 files into one, For example, I did put an image and exe malware like that, Changed picture and spoofed extension professionaly, file was "background.jpg" although when you open it, it opens both picture, and malware as a subproccess so you don't even know that it happend.
it is a winrar self extractor archive, probably set to not show any window, extract to %temp% and run malware once it extracts
Vbs malware is interesting. Btw if you search up ROBLOX hacks under newest video you will see malware.
Indeed. This time it was just a (bad) attempt at crypting, honestly really disappointing. I have seen some smarter ones.
The first UA-cam stealer malwares I showed in some of my earlier videos were based on autohotkey, malware can truly be written in any language.
You always do, but a lot of the time it’s key grabbers.
@@EricParker It felt like if I tried to make a crypter, and I can barely program in HTML, despite having directly learnt it.
The reason for the weird way the vb file was structured was probably some way of detection avoidance. at least waiting for n amount of seconds is/was kind of common in combination with some kind of random behaviour to fool basic avs.

At least it isn’t a key grabber, like a lot of Roblox related garbage is. But it’s 10x worse.

roblox cheating isn't that bad, most people exploit to troll in games like spawning a dog virus but cheating in fps games is low

No idea what's causing that, assuming we're not talking about an imposter site, that's definitely a false positive. Antivirus software often makes mistakes.
