Yes. Always purchase from reputable companies through the proper channels. I don't mess around with after market plugs or cables. I know most are safe, I just don't take these types of risks.

@Yhali_19 outside is the key word. I would suggest NOT using it. while it's a bit different, theifs have dressed in cop uniforms (from the Halloween store) and stood outside of banks claiming the deposit box is broken and he(or she) needs to take the deposits. Criminals aren't afraid to even dress up as an employee, and act like their selling offical products, hoping other employees don't notice. This video is absolutely terrifying and most like spawned as much hackers as people it saved. A true catch 22 but I'm still glad you put it out to remind us to stay humble and keep on our toes.
I think those "Remember Me" features are relatively harmless if used on a desktop at home, especially without a wireless antenna. More applicable to opening sites/apps on a mobile device (phone/laptop) in public settings.
the remember me and stay signed in being ON would have prevented the keylogger, but tbh what would be way easier is to just use the keyboard to open command prompt and install a program that gives you full access to their computer. You are screwed no matter what in that situation, they can just read the passwords from your browser or key log you when you type them in
Law enforcement probably won't use those cables. At least not on a lower levels and higher up they got different tools. But private detectives... that's a different story.
Not that easy to utilize, takes a lot of learning to get it right, and make custom scripts to run on it. I know as I have one and used to mess with it. I’m sure if a beginner dedicate enough time too it , it’s not that hard. But for a beginner not recommend, you won’t be hacking people left and right other than basic things. I am not impressed by the errors made, for example - leaving a radio on in the background when he is recording audio for the video. To have music playing on a non-music video ruins it and adds absolutely no value. It is the same as when people do now know or are not told which camera is on and recording, we end up seeing the back of a head or the side of a nose or chin. It's just really poor production and I am wondering if people do check the videos and just can't be bothered correcting them.

I'm not really into the phone videos you post despite them being undeniably high quality, just not what I'm into. But this was absolutely fascinating and so well presented. Awesome work.
I just wanted to say thank you for warning everyone about this. Makes it scary not knowing what we are really buying, in stores or online.

Has been interesting to follow MG while he developed these products. Mind-boggling how small he can make the hardware nowadays
Arun : This iPhone cable can hack your computer

lol :-)
@Savetion Xi 😈 like u have any content...and even if u do it all sucks heaps child
Who would’ve thought cables can be so dangerous 🤔
Yes, everything is dangerous

That police man was so born and raised in like Buckingham Palace 😂 He's so fandabbydoesy 😂😂
7:33 You just described the very reason why media pirates say they can justify themselves - they say they are helping companies in this very way.
Well the company isn’t doing it so slightly more justified
Thx a lot Arun. Now I know not to trust anyone who offers me a random charging cable 😂
Arun, Thanks for providing us entertainment and tech knowledge to us!

your videos are always structured so well. even before they were amazing because the backdrop changes with every point u make and also because u say what points the video consists of and how long they take
exactly!. He mentioned that on his video titled "50 things about mrwhosetheboss"
1:40 Bro risked his tech for the video 😶🌫️😶🌫️
if you want to safely charge your devices, you can also use "USB Data Block" adapters. This is especially useful on public charging ports.
Is that essentially an extension cord without the data pins?
Do you put your data blocker on both ends of the cable? That’s the only way this makes sense.
really, never heard of that. I'm gonna try it, thanks
People never stop and think that this is technology available to the public imagine what we don’t know about and what’s currently being used by the elites of the world
This is classic MRwhosetheboss content if the video has “ do not use” in it you know it’s gonna be a good one
your comment was stolen, I'm gonna like the original and dislike the copy

So for you a wireless keyboard dongle in the shape of a charging cable and a completely regular looking wireless keyboard dongle is "improving tech" ? 🤣🤣🤣 man this stuff can exist as in the past as the first wireless keyboard, which is about 19 years ago, doesn't look that much impressive to me
@@SToXC_. untill 2016 we didn't have 4G connectivity (invented 14 years ago) & didn't even knew about it.

We need more videos like these!! Definitely worth sharing! I've shared it with atleast 10 people i know so far
The video editing and the whole production in general is just getting so much better (although it's the best already) ❤️
Does that mean I have to stop buying those 10ft charging cables they sell at the dollar store now? Interesting video once again, thank you.
The company has been around for a bit and i follow there youtube channel. I love what they do and promote it to shoe what is possible now a days. They also made the Rubber Ducky, my favorite hack-tech to ever own then lost, i moved and forgot where i left it.
im making my own rubber ducky with a digispark attiny 85
this whole video is freaking WILD. I really wanna mess with my friends now
I'm honestly impressed by the time and effort you put into these videos, Keep it up!💛
Congratulations you have been selected among the lucky winners.. Message right away..
